We went here with a group of about 25 people, expecting smooth service. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating.

Starters were delayed for more than 15 minutes

No clear response from staff despite repeated follow-ups

Staff behavior was rude and unprofessional

For a restaurant that handles large gatherings, this level of service is unacceptable. Our entire group left disappointed.

Had an amazing time at this pub! The atmosphere was lively, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially loved how everything was well-prepared and flavorful. The service was great, and the staff was super friendly. The whole experience cost me around ₹1300, which was totally worth it. Definitely coming back for more fun!

I had a fantastic experience at this pub! The ambiance was energetic and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and have fun. The food was top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable evening. My total bill was around ₹1300, which felt reasonable for the quality and experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time with amazing food!

The atmosphere was lively, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially loved how everything was well-prepared. The service was great, and the staff was super friendly.

Imperfecto has good service but the interiors aren’t very impressive and don’t really give a nice vibe. The music was not that great and the place felt quite empty. The food was just okay not extraordinary.
One tip: before visiting, call and check if they have live music or a singer, otherwise it can feel a bit boring. Overall service was good but the rest was average.

Food was nice. Imperfecto offers a culinary experience that tantalizes the senses with its impeccable food presentation. Each dish is a work of art, meticulously crafted to not only please the palate but also delight the eyes. From vibrant salads to decadent desserts, every plate showcases a symphony of colors and textures that leave a lasting impression.

However, despite the culinary delights, the service at Imperfecto fell short of expectations. The wait times were notably long, and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the bustling crowds. While their demeanor remained courteous, the slow service detracted from the overall dining experience.

On a brighter note, the ambiance at Imperfecto is undeniably charming. The restaurant's rustic yet chic decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or a romantic evening out. Despite being crowded, the ambiance manages to exude a cozy intimacy that adds to the overall appeal of the establishment.

In conclusion, Imperfecto impresses with its stunning food presentation and inviting ambiance, but falls short in terms of service efficiency. Nevertheless, for those willing to overlook the occasional delay, Imperfecto offers a culinary journey worth savoring.

I went as a walk-in. The atmosphere was very weird as this was the only place with no customers and they are fine with it. We asked for table in rooftop and they provided us with a broken table stating it was a design( as if we were blind). We asked waiter for for right table. Neither the waiter nor the manager came to us after continuously asking for clean table. Pathetic people working here. Don’t go after the name of imperfecto, I have visited other branches and they were far better. This branch is spoiling there name. 0 on 10 on all basis.

I am disappointed with the service here. We had pre-informed and booked for a group of 25 people, but the arrangements were extremely poor.

When we arrived, we were asked to sit and then moved multiple times to different seats. We were repeatedly shifted and eventually moved to the outdoor area, which was not what we had booked for Tables were rearranged again and again, causing a lot of inconvenience for such a large group.

The food quality was also not good and did not meet expectations.

If you are planning a group gathering, I would strongly suggest not choosing this place, as they are unable to manage group bookings properly.

The only positive part of our visit was the DJ area, where we managed to enjoy ourselves a little despite the overall poor experience.

My experience at Imperfecto Gardens Galleria was extremely disappointing and ended up ruining my celebration day. The service is pathetic as you literally have to go around searching for waiters to place your order while they remain busy on their phones ignoring customers, the staff is unkind, and the food quantity is very less compared to the high prices charged. The ambience is not enjoyable for the money you spend, and on top of that they try to forcibly add a 10% convenience or service fee and make you pay the bill even before providing a physical copy, which feels completely unfair and frustrating.
