DLF Promenade has seen its share of attrition, with restaurants closing almost as fast as they open, but Keya continues to be around. Occasionally, it gets into trouble because of its strict 'no stags' policy and its attendance cap (once the number of guests crosses 100-110, entry is barred). The resultant public outcry may have singed its management on a couple of occasions, but it doesn't flinch from its two defining entry norms, which allows guests to breathe freely and not have to elbow their way to the bar. The other plus of Keya is the youthful energy it transmits, even though it's thankfully not a teeny-bopper hangout. It was quite a trend-setting bar when it opened more than a decade, and it continues to be smart, just like the people who patronise it. Unsurprisingly, all premium alcoholic beverages are launched at this venue. Keya, naturally, takes its drinks seriously and its bar snacks are as nibble-worthy as they are comfortingly old-fashioned.
