With a dramatic menu change, Le Bistro du Parc is now back in action. We started our meal with the 'Pan Fried Calamari' with the 'Red Pepper Coulis' – the coulis really brought out the flavors of the dish. Next, we tried the 'Seared Tuna' and the 'Nicoise Salad', both of which were spot on with bold flavours. We loved the 'Mediterranean Ratatouille with Buckwheat Crepes' while the 'Corn Fed Farm Chicken' was a bit of a let down because it was so bland. However, the 'Lamb Confit with Red Onion Jam' needs to be made permanent on the menu, because it is really that good. For dessert, the 'Crème Brulee' is incredible as is the 'Valrohna Dark Chocolate Fondant'.
