Even though there are many continental options to choose, do try the tex mex options at Maquina. The range of nachos pair incredibly well with the margaritas. Try the 'Crispy Grilled Bacon Nachos' that are served with sour cream and salsa. In the same spirit, opt to try the 'Crisp Tacos with Pulled Pork' as well as the 'Blackened Chicken Burrito'. And if you are looking for something mealier – the 'Tex Mex Crisp Chicken Burger' is an excellent option. I also loved the 'Mutton Roganjosh with Malabar Parantha', so if you are looking for an Indian fix, you will get that too here.
located in the hauz khaz village . its awesome palace and you have to try this desert named teramisu. Loved the ambience and vibe of this place, the decoration. You can try the mocktails theyre really good in food. balcony seating is quite attractive. The place is usually jam packed. Given that it was a Saturday night, there were hardy tables available. The DJ was absolutely amazing. The drinks menu was pretty standard and priced nothing greater or less than any other bar in the locality.
This place catches ur eye from outside the lane only. They have outside, balcony seating which is quite attractive. The place is usually jam packed. Given that it was a Saturday night, there were hardy tables available. The DJ was absolutely amazing. The drinks menu was pretty standard and priced nothing greater or less than any other bar in the locality. Definitely a place for partying! Cheers 🍻
located in the hkv it's pretty big I just say. Loved the ambience and vibe of this place, the decor and name doesn't match though. Maquina has live music, DJ, a bar and separate smoking area. Staff is cooperative but service is a little slow. You can try the mocktails theyre really good in food I would recommend prawns, thai veggie spring rolls, chilly chicken and paneer tikka. Service was terrible, and I found food very average....

A new hip place has found a way bringing colourful Mexican culture to the city called Maquina. Located at Hauz khas village, New delhi Maquina impresses the crowd with authentic Mexican fare. The restaurant has managed to separate itself from the regular tex-mex fare with its service and delicious food. Done in tone of brown and transforming the joint with flashy lighted bar, Maquina uplifts itself. The high chair and tables with wine barrels on the corners resemble a western pub with a bartender wiping down the counter hearing your woes. The restro-bar is lively on weekends with foot-tapping music that pulls the people from street. True story! The music is beyond amazing. Hats off to the collection. Tuesdays are ladies night so no point for guessing what attraction it must be for the gal pals. In addition they pour complimentary sangrias to the ladies all night with thumping latino music in the background.
The tex-mex food served at Maquina is way too yummy and colourful. The servers are friendly plus efficient. Lets start the meal with a hearty soup. Black bean or chicken tortillas soup? Or would you prefer to start with tejas salad or guacamole salad? Tostadas, veggie poppers, jalapenos cheese poppers, empanadas, pulled pork cigars, cancun wings and chipotle chicken skewers make awesome appetizers. Nachos are served with fab toppings too. If you are in a group the go for platters and nachos for a shared munchers with your round of drinks. Burritos, chimichanga, tacos, enchiladas and quesadillas act as the perfect Mexican main course. Spicy and flavourful they are mostly corn based with loaded toppings and sauce. Maquina is known for its burgers too. One burger to be in particular. The johnny walker burger. Why? Patty of tenderloin is soaked in johnny walker and marinated with house spices with secret johnny walker sauce on top. Vegetarians stick to garlicky ranch potato burger. Grilled fish, jumbo prawns, mushroom crepe are cooked too.
Desserts are fantastic part of the menu. If you want to end a Mexican meal on the perfect note then you can’t leave without sampling churros. The fried crusty Spanish donut with the chocolaty dipping sauce is beyond sublime. The presentation is fine and service is great. The personal attention of the manager is a brownie point along with great live music. Maquina is not that expensive. Try it out and be dazzled.
