Located right on the main thoroughfare of Rajouri Garden, Marine Drive is both accessible and buzzing. Winters are ideal for lounging around in the comfortable alfresco dining areas while the interiors are perfect for celebratory evenings. Plush sofas, high stools and low tables hike up the glam quotient of this outfit while strategically placed lights add a mysterious vibe. The menu is a mix of Italian, Chinese, Indian, Lebanese and more but vegetarians have plenty of choices here. Try the 'Pizza Margherita' for its simple and clean flavours as well as copious quantities of cheese. If Indian food rocks your boat, the 'Murg Dum Biryani' and 'Rara Gosht' are perfect choices. The 'Rara Gosht' has succulent hunks of mutton anchored in robustly-spiced mince gravy.
Its like Been that, Done that, nothing so special about the place. Also yet when Menu items aren't available and you literally are left out for 5 mins just trying to call a server, this wont make you quite fond of the place. Ambiance- The outdoor seating feels a little incomplete being some of the tables short in height, and little uncomfortable. Didn't explore Indoor seating, being to dark for our afternoon visit inside. Otherwise The place is well organised and adequately placed seating I must say. Service- The people who serve are quite humble and understanding, But it feels like they are half lost and other half need to confirm most of the details after order. - Ordered Thick shake, and after 15 mins when the order should be ready and served, we were informed it isn't available. - As we entered , settled, requested for menu and water, and even after the menu was provided to us it took another request for just a glass of water. Food- -We really enjoyed the Charred Mushroom Pizza, perfectly baked , thin crust and adequately cheesey for the meal -Also We ordered Veg Spaghetti White Pasta which was made quite right, but the vegetables in it felt a little raw and wasn't palatable due to the same. -Masala Narangi, its quite an innovative drink and with tangy twist taste in it. Also yes, being fond of Parmesan cheese with pasta, and as requested for it, the chef served us Mozzarella, Just saying a chef should be aware of the difference. Marine drivve, the place is as soothing as the name is. Ambience of the place is amazing. It also offers a good seating arrangement in its 2 levels. First of all , I must say that staff here was extremely polite, especially, Yadav who treated us with a pleasing smile and took care of our needs. The menu here offers a large variety be it in drinks or food. Drinks I ordered: •Masala Narangi: It had a decent amount of masala flavour in it. An okay-okay drink to order. •Coastal punch: I loved it. It had exactly the amount of pineapple syrup and sweet - sour that I wanted. A must try. •Three to tango: It was a bit on the sweeter side as I expected it to be. •Gems and strawberry shake: Being a strawberry lover, this shake was simply irresistible. It was an heavy shake but seriously worth every penny. Food I had: •Honey Chilli Potato: If you ever come to this place., this is a must recommended dish if you love Chinese snacks. A great flavour. •Veg Croquettes: Its stuffing was good. It was somewhat a heavy wish but exotic in taste. •Chilli Fish: It was very very soft with an extremely delicious taste. The chef had a perfection of it I think. I had the desire of eating it again as soon as I left the cafe. :p •Murgh Malai Tikka: The pieces were juicy with a good flavour but was a bit hard but the entire presentation reconciled for it. Deserts: •Walnut Brownie with Ice Cream: Everyone brownie and ice cream go hand in hand so it had to be tasty anyhow but jokes apart quantity was good and brownie was fresh. Cheers
It has good ambience and interiors. Outdoor seating is quite comfortable and good place to sit during winters. The food quality is decent, better than average. But the service is really quick, responsive and warm. We ordered honey chilly potato, Soya Malai Chaap, Dal Makhni and Butter Naan. Coffee was good.
Nice place for an evening/late evening drink. Food is above average and the staff is quick at their feet n courteous! The service is quick. All in all should visit while nearby
This is one of the best outlets in rajouri garden in terms of food quality. I recently discovered this place and home delivered few food items for lunch. I ordered lehsuni tikka, murg malai tikka and chicken tikka as starters and in mains I ordered butter chicken and chicken tikka masala with assorted breads and chicken biryani . Starting from starter to mains.. All things were phenomenal in taste. The packaging was sealproof and spill proof and comes beautifully in a box.If you are looking for good and delicious, home delivered food then this place is for you. Highly recommended.
