If you want to try the true South Indian delicacy then one has to come here. The food is delicious, the service is quick. The staff is reliable and courteous. Overall amazing place to have authentic veg South Indian cuisine available in Gurgaon!

All reviews you see are mostly paid.
There can’t be a more depressing place in sec 54. Lighting makes you go back in an unhygenic sort of resto of 2008

Once you enter you’ll be greeted by a dustbin with overflowing tissues on the left with a washbasin god knows when it was last rennovated, and mostly expired nandi products on the right.

The place is mostly dusty- an air purifier is needed. I had the mysore masala dosa - it felt like it was reheated after taking it out from the fridge. Was expecting mangalorean buns (the only decent thing they have) and it was out of stock. Rassam was ok and most importantly the staff was polite.

Naivedyam has the ability to become the goto comfort place for youngsters but fails massively. I hope “Sakshi Foods and Beverages” get their game right soon.

Food was average. I ordered dosa which was not crispy, the sambhar tasty was okay. The coconut chutney was good. I ordered a second dosa and asked to bring a crunchy dosa but that was very dry and with no taste.

Nivedyam is a great spot for those craving authentic South Indian cuisine. The restaurant's traditional ambiance and attentive service add to its charm. While prices are moderate, the quality and quantity of food make it a value-for-money experience.

Dosa quality was good enough.
But dosa was not crispy and warm.
We asked staff to atleast reheat again
But they again served cold one.
And replied that we made a new one "rice dosa itna hi thanda rahta hai", which was very illogical.
And kara chutney and mint chutney was not fresh.
In other branches it is all fresh.
I will not recommend for this branch.
Other branches are good.
