Part of an International chain, this offers pretty much the same choices you would find at its branches elsewhere in the world: half or quarter chicken with a choice of sauce, ranging from mild to hot. The chickens have obviously been bred to strict specifications, so every single portion is succulent and tasty. They are grilled with the skin on so that the juiciness is retained. On the downside, there is little for vegetarians and some of their other offerings like their burgers just do not match up.
The food was as fab as always! The peri cottage cheese skewers & pita with hummus & peri peri drizzle is my fav! The cheesecake was yumm too! Fab service with a smile from the order counter to the table! Tribhuvan was prompt & helpful with orders. Fantastic Sunday dinner!
The food was tasty but the quantity was far less than the other restaurants for the same dish. Also the service was very poor.
Went there for lunch. Several points of failure....t]my wife's sandwich came, my chicken cheese sandwich was without the cheese..sent it back, so he dumped my side (with it) the potato wedges on a side plate and walked off with it. My wife was almost finished when my sandwich came. The lemonade was a sugar syrup with a mild flavor of lemon essence. The tart was cold and soft and loaded with sugar. You are better off burning the money and eating the ash.
This one is not that great place. The service and food is just ok types. We find this place not very happening.
Interesting Nando's where there isn't much decor and there really may not be table service. We were seated at tables and given menus. Then, we seemed to be ignored. We didn't realize that we were expected to know that we had to go to the cash register to order. Finally, trainee Virendra, came to our rescue, took our orders, cooked the food and then served us... with a lot of personality. Basically, it turns out that, I love this kid! Food was great. We're convinced that the medium sauce was the hottest of all (strangely)
