A decent restaurant in Netaji Subhash Place, Pacific Asia offers Chinese and North-Indian cuisine on their menu. The restaurant has subtle interiors with a comfortable seating area. They offer an affordable eclectic menu to choose from. Tandoori Chicken, Dal Makhani, Soya Chaap, Kadhai Paneer and Chicken Tikka are some of their must-have dishes from the menu.
I like this place too much. I have very fond memories of this place. I met my husband first time at this place and after rokka my birthday too was celebrated here.
Pacific Asia has been operating at NSP from a long time now and due to a lot of restaurants coming up in the area, it had somehow been totally washed out from our memory. When we were planning for a Sunday Brunch, Pacific Asia came to our mind and we thought of checking out what it us upto these days. The decor is almost the same which was a few years back but it still looks very elegant and classy, perfect for a fine dine place. The huge gap between the tables was a plus giving you all the privacy. Coming to the food part, we started with "Tandoori Soya Chaap" which was quite good and gave us good signals about the dishes to follow. Next followed "Dahi Ke Kebab" which were somehow not as good as we expected and were tasting a little too sweet for our liking. Our perception that their starters might not be that great was completely changed by "Haryali Paneer Tikka" which tasted amazing and was perfectly cooked. For the main course we tried "Dal Makhani" and if a restaurant gets the Dal Makhani right, its always on the right track. This was definitely the case with Pacific Asia which just nailed the Dal Makhani and the other two dishes we ordered "Mixed Vegetable Jalfrezi" & "Kadhai Paneer" had to be good and actually they had some amazing gravies and we just loved them. To accompany our meal we tried some mocktails which had a one plus one offer on them making them quite economical. "Blue Water Dinning Special" & "Strawberry Surprise" are our picks for the mocktails. For desserts we tried, "Kesari RasMalai" which is one of the best Ras Malai we had ever had and we were amazed to know that it was made in house. The other amazing dessert we had was "Fried Ice Cream" which was new dish for us and had a coconut touch to it and we quite liked it. Overall, Pacific Asia did impress us with most of its dishes but what impressed us the most was their service which showed high standards and the servers were very aware of what they are serving. Its definitely one of those places which we can recommend blindly for a family dinner or a a meal with friends.
Nice n comfortable place if U want to spend time with friends n family chatting. The food is good. They save some interesting innovations in their menu which can be given a shot. We tried the coconut naan and found it to be good.
We were 4 and really tired and hungry . We asked an Indian boy for a fine Indian resturant . He just offered us Pacific Asia resturant . It was amazing ! Great food ! The ambience of resturant was not fine . But we four had great night in Pacific Asia
