Pavilion 75 is a fine-dining restaurant in Dwarka, New Delhi serving North Indian, Continental and Italian. Known for fine-dining and premium ambiance; ideal for celebrations and date nights.

recently visited Pavilion 75 at Welcomhotel by ITC, Dwarka, and it was a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant has a very elegant and welcoming ambiance, making it a great place for both family gatherings and casual dining. The atmosphere is calm, spacious, and beautifully maintained, which immediately sets the tone for a relaxing meal.

One of the highlights of Pavilion 75 is the wide variety of food available in their buffet. The spread is impressive, with multiple cuisines and plenty of options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. Everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The live counters were especially enjoyable, and it was great to see the chefs preparing dishes right in front of the guests.

The dessert section was also fantastic, with a great selection of sweets and treats to end the meal on a perfect note. Each dish looked beautifully presented and tasted just as good.

Another thing that really stood out was the service. The staff members were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help. They made sure that guests were comfortable and that the tables were well taken care of throughout the meal. Their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience.

The restaurant is also very clean and well organized, which adds to the comfort of dining there. Whether you’re visiting for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Pavilion 75 offers a premium buffet experience that is worth trying.

Overall, Pavilion 75 at Welcomhotel by ITC Dwarka is a fantastic place for a quality buffet in Delhi. Great food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere make it a place I would happily recommend and visit again.

The food is awesome. Staff is very polite and helpful. Deserts were also good.

Went for the lunch buffet on a Saturday afternoon
Positives
1. None whatsoever

Negatives
1. No innovation on the buffet , they are still living in medieval ages. Come on guys , hotel culinary has moved on a lot. Go and check out your competitors and you will realise how much you need to catch up.

2. No innovation is one part , even the food on the buffet was tasteless. It was as if the chefs just prepared the menu and food for namesake. Never had worse sarson ka saag than this.

3. Indian dessert section - only 2 desserts were served. Mawa halwa & Kheer ( which was just burnt milk and rice ). One dessert was Custard pudding… Like seriously????

4. Live Pasta station had no chef the whole time
They expect us to cook ourselves

5. Live chaat counter had no chef the whole time. The curd was not even whipped. Everything was so insipid

6 Flies on the desserts could be spotted

7. Clearance by servers was the worst ever I have ever expey. . One had to request again and again. And the servers dont even realise how it is supposed to be done on a buffet.

8. The table next to us had a banquet sales executive trying to reach his target by selling a banquet event to a Kanpur client. The executive was so loud that I heard every word he uttered.

No wonder they were almost empty on a Saturday afternoon lunch.
Price is 2500 plus taxes per head … This was not even worth having for free.

It was our second time there ?. Just like our previous visit, we were looking forward to great food and a nice ambiance ?. However, there was an event at the hotel, making the restaurant quite busy. The staff was trying their best, but due to the crowd, the service took a little longer ?️. If you see the restaurant is full, it might be a good idea to wait a bit or visit during a quieter time for a better experience ??.

Food were so good. So many vegetarian options. Staff was very pleasant as well. Highly satisfied.

It's a nice restaurant in this hotel. I have experienced it many a times in the last 4 years or so and always had a good time.

The buffet spread is big and selection from Asian, Continental and Indian regional cuisine is great. The Dessert section is always a highlight with Indian sweets as a big attraction.

Service is good and c bes are excellent.

The food misses the taste. Buffet plates are too small but it is said that those are kept like that just to make you feel that you are having too good as they get filled fast. Sweets/deserts were good. Rest all below par. Don't expect such a quality from a 5 star property restaurant. It is not cheap and completely not worth the money at all.

Overall Rating: 4/5

I recently visited Pavilion 75, the buffet restaurant at ITC Welcome in Dwarka for a brunch experience, and had a generally pleasant experience. Here is a detailed review of my visit:

Food:
The starters at Pavilion 75 were the highlight of the meal, especially the fish tikka. They were cooked to perfection and had excellent flavors. Additionally, the variety of dishes offered, such as dimsums, dosas, shawarmas, and chaat, were all delicious and well-prepared. The salads provided were also great and offered wholesome options.

Main Course:
The main course at Pavilion 75 offered a wide selection for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. While most dishes were enjoyable, some of the vegetarian options fell short of expectations. However, this was not a major downside as there were plenty of other choices available to choose from. The rotis and naans were served at the table on demand, ensuring freshness and quality.

Service:
The management staff at Pavilion 75 did a fair job of hosting and attending to the guests. However, the operational staff at the serving stations seemed to lack experience, resulting in slower service overall. This led to longer wait times at the counters, which could be improved upon.

Ambience:
The ambience of Pavilion 75 was pleasant, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for diners. The seating arrangements were well-spaced, allowing for privacy and ease of movement.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, my experience at Pavilion 75 Buffet Restaurant in ITC Welcome, Dwarka, was positive overall. The starters, especially the fish tikka, were outstanding, and the variety of dishes in the buffet spread was commendable. The salads were great, and the main course had satisfactory options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, despite a few misses. The service, particularly at the serving stations, could have been more efficient. Nevertheless, with a rating of 4/5, Pavilion 75 is a worthwhile dining destination, offering a satisfying buffet experience.
