The moist Kalmi Kabab marinated in homemade yoghurt, ginger, garlic and Indian spices is one of the most popular items. Amritsari fish fry followed by butter chicken remain sublime options. Recent menu additions include Pind special crispy chicken, succulent chicken pieces left overnight in a tangy marination, dusted and then crisp fried. The paneer quality is outstanding and the vegetarian would love the Paneer Shashlik and spicy golden cheese fingers.
