I loved the back to school feel, replete with a library, chemistry lab, amphitheatre, bunker beds, a camera Dean and the Bajaj scooters. Canteen style Indian cuisine generally implies under-charred pulao and stodgy French fries, while comfort cuisine nearly always defaults to sandwiches. Not wanting to be pigeonholed by such narrow assumptions, Chef Harangad Singh simply subtitled his cuisine as ‘Progressive Nostalgic,’ allowing him to fuse several local dishes with modern techniques and a twist. In his creative kitchen lab he has incubated some sensational surprises – Tender Tandoori Lamb chops that easily come off the bone pepped with well-balanced spices. Another stellar preparation is the Honey Chilli Potatoes where he makes a nice mash and then fries them, so they are crisp on the outside and soft inside. The Anda curry pranked should be given a miss; a nice masala omelette should be left as is than frying it in a Tempura batter. The Litchi kebab can be avoided if you are counting calories. End with the Pranked Rose kheer, the sprinkling of liquid Nitrogen frozen rose petals give it a nice kick.
Visited here with a few colleagues last month. Read good reviews so gave it a go. The location is convenient as it is in the restaurant cluster of sector 29. The interiors are school theme based with a lot of classes as the setting. The staff is courteous and explains the menu well since the menu does make you ask questions on what you should order. Lot of quirky options on the menu with a smart twist to the regular dishes. We ordered veg/non-veg starters, chicken curry, paneer curry and dal with assorted breads. The presentation is fabulous. The taste is wonderful too. The paneer curry had a lit more tomato flavour than I would have liked. All in all, a good option in the plethora of options in 29.
Have been to Prankster earlier during my pregnancy days and was amazed by the pranks they were playing with the dishes at that time. Somehow, all the nitrogen presentation and quirky way of showcasing dishes were limited to the plating they did..like the hand tray for chole kulcha doughnut. The best part was to sit outside on the balcony with quirky seating of scooters n jeeps. We chose the jeep this time and was quite fun. Food was ok- few dishes were exceptional while others fell below average like chole kulcha doughnut is most recommended while their paneer peas was just ok. Fatir pizza was yum but the chocolate shake was bad.. Hence a 4 rating. Seating:5/5( u have different seating from chairs to sofa to amphitheater type to outside) VFM: with ZG, a good steal
Amazing food, especially pizza. Really liked the crust of pizza . Creativity is reflected in food and drinks. Well really liked their presentation style.
Good food at prankster and the staff was very good. Staffing like Pankaj negi ,chef Ashok , chef Ravi and mr.rohit, thank you so much every one.

Chole kulche doughnuts (5/5) 2. Dahi bhalla Icecream (5/5) 3. Pizza 4. Honey chilli potato (5/5) 5. Main course ( bread, daal makhni, paneer masala) 6. Dessert ( Jalebi churros(5/5), mango casata swiss roll) Highly recommended✔️
