Located in the Rajouri Garden, Rio New Delhi is a casual dining café offering both indoor and outdoor seating. This place has a comfortable ambience with dim lighting and a spacious seating area. Outdoor seating is great in pleasant weather. They offer delectable European, North Indian and Chinese delicacies. Feast on some of their mouth-watering dishes like Chicken Quesadilla, Veg Mezze Platter, Falafel Wrap, Keema Pao, Triple Sinful and Mexican Style Grilled Fish.
It's present evening we are sitting in open area outside they don't have menu for drinks They said it's to be for printing we order 3 dishes all were Average chicken was not good so they made again over all it's ok we do have beer only we like it because weather was supportive for sitting out. And they give us Bill but they don't give Bill for drinks as they said they don't have menu but I believe they don't have valid licence to serve liquir but they are serving that openly when I asked they reply they take daily licence but I am sure they are lying and they don't accept american express cards and no Board and instruction was there before sitting or taking order or serving food so it's useless restaurant. In Bill it's only food items mentioned and liquir amount is mentioned by hand so it's illegal.
Today i booked a table for 10 from dineout for Rio courtyard and lounge. Booking got confirmed for 3'o clock. I called and confirmed from manager if the place is on ground floor nd there shud b no stairs as my mom cnt go upstairs. He said there is no stair at all. And we can come according to the booking timings. I went all excited with my family to celebrate my son's bday. Nd when we reached thr ..1st there were 7 stairs. No holding space. Somehow i helped my mom to go upstairs. 2nd when we entered thr were no space and it was already booked fr baby shower function. Imagine how pathetic and uncomfortable for my mother.. and embarrassing for me as i invited my family to reach thr. 3rd ..manager said sorry i thought it was somebody else. They were not courteous enough to givr water to my mother. It was such a horrible experience. I suggest nobody should book the place from dineout. Can u reimburse me for the inconvenience my mom faced today? Can u ask from the Rio's manager tht y they confirmed the booking if it was pre booked.
It is a lounge at a walking distance from Rajouri Garden metro station gate no.7 that provides an outdoor as well as indoor sitting with a private space option to choose from so that you get the seat as per your preference and you can enjoy your food at the best, their service is really amazing and the place is well sufficient for a small gathering of 30 to 40 people, The staff is very courteous and well groomed. Now coming to the food this place serves a great variety of food and beverages, I have tried: BEVERAGES ( Must Try) 1. Virgin Mojito (Green Apple) - They serves a perfect virgin mojito with amazing flavors and refreshing flavors. 2. Carribean Sunset - It is a drink with flavors of Mausambi, you can't stop at once this is my personal favorite. 3. Southern Spice - It is a blend of many mouthwatering flavors that give an energizing taste. STARTERS 1. Pizza Mexicana - They serve freshly cooked pizzas right out from the oven with a thin crust and good toppings and lots of cheese. 2. Peri Peri Chicken Tikka - Spicy and bit tangy chicken tikka seasoned with peri peri sauce. Must try and my personal favorite 3. Basil Chilly Chicken - Chilly chicken is well cooked and the chicken used is fresh and it dissolves into your mouth. 4. Assorted Paneer TIkka Platter 5. Chicken Malai Tikka - Creamy paneer tikka with soft boneless chicken 6. Bar-be-que Chicken Wings - Small Chicken pieces blended with perfect flavors. It is a Must try. I was looking for a place to relax after a hectic day at work with live music, when I happened to come across Rio Rajouri and obviously gave it a try as it had Live Music playing with a beautiful outdoor seating. Loved the idea of an outdoor seating, a fine dining plus a private dining area inside the restaurant. I would specially mention about the Restaurant Manager Mr. Nanak Solanki who is such a nice gentleman with great experience in the hospitality field and a golden heart for customer service! Being a hotelier myself, I highly appreciate this gentleman and his efforts for the guests at Rio. The management must take a note, he is an asset to your business! Would love to visit again! Wish Rio lots of success! ❤️
