This pleasant looking pan Asian eatery in West Delhi is a great stop for your Chinese or Thai food cravings.Though they have a touch of Indo-Chinese on their menu and flavours, it is still a decent option. Decor done in peppy yet subtle colours and well-lit lamps surely give it a comfortable ambience. They have several sushi options for Sushi lovers. Congee Crisp Lamb and Veg Tempura are safe picks for appetizers. Prawns with Chives and Red Chilli dim sums are quite flavourful. They have a well-equipped bar as well.
Went to soo yung for dinner. Food here is good. We ordered dragon sushi which was amazing and spicy. We also tried labanese platter which was just ok. Hummus wasn’t fresh and pita bread wasn’t good as it didn’t open to create pockets where we could fill the meat and salad. Also it should have had Mediterranean ‘pickles’ which was missing. The service was slow. Food here is priced More than the place deserves as i paid around 2000 for these two items, a cocktail and a fresh lime. Inspite of govt banning service charges here you will find the same added on your bill. Which was reversed on request. Also the place has no parking and the entire road is cramped on weekdays.
Soo yung is part of Backyard cafe on punjabi bagh club road.Their chicken claypot is worth trying along with Pizzas & soup. The place is decently priced, so not too heavy on the pocket. The portions served are sufficient for a couple. Along with on all days they have happy hours running till midnight
I was Double minded when my friend suggested me the name. But I am glad I listened to him .It was a comfy and cosy restaurant ,limited seating . We ordered wongton and tomyum soup and decided to stay for main course as we both were pleased by the taste. We had dumplings and rice noodles with schezwan sauce with chicken and veggy. The dumplings dressing was too sweet for my taste but my friend likes it that ways. Though the filling was really good. The noodles were good too and too spicy the way I like it ...but I was little disappointed by the chicken portioning, way too less. But I am glad to discover a good Chinese joint in Punjabi Bagh.
The crowd was good, ambience amazingggggggg, service brilliant and food awesoooooooommmmmmeeeeeeee! There was only problem, the limited menu. Although whatever was on the menu, was good. I love visiting this place whenever i want to enjoy food nearby!
