With Taksim, owner Sahil Madan anticipated the capital’s resto-bar obsession, converting 4,200 sq. ft. space into a patio for sharing coffee and ‘Create Your Own’ burgers and an indoor contemporary dining room that hums with excitement. It is rare to encounter such ostentation in Delhi restaurants these days, but it is an apt setting for chef Sanjay’s World cuisine menu. 'Mezze Platters' and the signature 'Arabic Sushi', 'Tandoori Dumplings Stuffed with Chicken', 'Chello Kabab', 'Mansaf' a bejewelled biryani style preparation, and so on. Taksim has exceeded trendiness and become a city fixture. All in all, it is a warm, low-key scene, where the DJ plays house and hip-hop music and the volume is just accurate for conversation, families crowded around their favourite tables and watch live entertainment from an aerial stage that pops up from the second level, overlooking the main area, which earns a whoop from the room. The chic lounge upstairs is ideal to seat.
Nice place to chill with friends... Both indoor and Outdoor seating available..Had Peanut Masala, Chilly Chicken and Peproni Pizza.. Service was nice and food was great.
They have a special sunday brunch menu. And i totally loved it. Taksim is a very beautiful restro with indoor outdoor sitting and bar. Outdoor sitting is very beautiful like you are seating in a beautiful yard and indoor sitting is very classy with lights decor. I love the place. Coming to food it was very good. I had - Palak patta milli filly chaat, Margerita pizza in starter. Summer cyclist and pink panther in drinks. Kadahi chicken with naan in main course. Banoffee and chocolate mud slide cake in dessert. Palak patta chaat, kadahi chicken, pibk panther, chocolate mud cake is a must try there. Note- brunch is available from 12.30-3.30 on sunday. Veg and non veg options are available there.
This place is good for outdoor seating ... We used zomato gold , they had ladies night also on Friday , however we preferred using zomato gold 2+2 drinks Frankly food was not bad , but there wasn't any particular dish that I was blown away with.... 1. Chilli basil chiken - decent 2. Masala peanuts - loved the presentation 3. Piri piri flat bread pizza - good vegetarian option 4. Tandoori plater - I really liked this one, 4 different chicken styles all were very tasty I'd recommend u order this Considering it was Friday, I was very very happy with the service, they were quick , patient and very attentive, ( 1 extra point for them on that) All in all a nice place with tones of fairy lights and fun ...
I saw its rating of 4.1 on zomato and decided to try it along with my spouse for a dinner. Decor was nice, with nice lighting and DJ. There was sitting area outside too which looked tempting, however, considering Delhi's heat we gave it a skip. Service is prompt and smiling. Food was definitely good, however, was less spicy to our taste. Come before 8 PM, if interested in happy hour offerings. Would recommend to try atleast once.
Dish- Chilli Basil Fish Hit or Miss- Miss Verdict- Did not like the fish at all. The sauce was extremely bland. The fish was well cooked but the chilly basil sauce spoiled the dish. Dish- Meal in a bowl Hit or Miss- Average Verdict- It wad the only saving grace. Though it was not exceptionally tasty but it was better than the other dishes.

With a demerara fig mojito or Taksim square, dig into their multi-cuisine menu that opens with, wasabi prawns, dahi ke sholey, mutton cutlet & crispy bacon pav, beyti kebab, palak patta ki milly filly chat, mushroom hargao, chello kebab, cottage cheese shawarma quesadilla, shish taouk, curried potato arnachini pav and kohliwada fish tikka. Don’t go home hungry rather feast on, fusion penne in makhani, roasted red snapper, Thai red curry, saffron baked veg, butter chicken, Pakistani Balti gosht, chicken lasagne and Szechwan chicken with fried rice.
Sip on a glass of wine before digging into Taksim’s final sweet course. Pamper your sweet tooth with, blueberry cheese cake, baklava, chocolate mud slide, banoffee pie and double dracker mousse. Taksim organises musical nights on particular days, reserve ahead. A spacious lounge area on upper level is ideal to seat 18 people, ideal for a small party. Chef Sanjay does a great job with the menu. Taksim is a sprawling restro-bar done up in a tasteful elegant way. Décor is taken pains with and are trendy looking. However, if weather permits sit in their charming terrace area which is dotted with pergolas. Taksim is only a medium priced place but is completely value for money.
