Even though the restaurant is hard to find, once you get there, it is the rooftop that you have to hit. The portion sizes are good but it is the cocktails that are way better. We loved the 'Moustache Pete with Bourbon' and the 'Spiffy Dog made with Brandy and Chocolate'. For snacks, we tried the 'Pulled Chicken Taco' which could have been made better and 'Pan Tossed Chili Prawns', which were juicy and buttery. But it was the 'Baked Artichoke' that really blew us away. Served with garlic crumble and yogurt dressing, it was one of the best things on the menu. Do not forget to try the 'Bangers and Mash' and skip the dessert instead.
Not a very large place but the live band is a definite pull. sadly we were one of 3 customers that night but yet the band soldiered on.
This place is ok. The artichoke on the artichoke salad had great flavour but the rest of the salad was bland. Very small. Need to add more greens. The fish & chips where not good in that the panko crusted fish was chewy and to thin and the potatoes where covered in chilli powder. Please stop with the chilli powder on English style dishes. If food is cooked properly it does not need to be covered in chilli powder.
Had a reunion time with my Indian bro here. Great Hindu old music with live band performance. Only the were a bit expensive for me
Its a nice cozy little place with a lovely ambience and live jazz music. The drinks are nice. They have good offers too. The grilled chicken was delicious. Great service too. Keep it up
This jazz bar is made for live performances. Channeling some serious old-world glamour, the ambience and delicious cocktails really hit the mark. My one gripe was the slow service- it shouldn’t take over 15 minutes to serve a simple cocktail order!
