Big letdown.
We genuinely thought this place would impress, but turns out—it’s probably our last visit. The burgers were disappointing: barely any lettuce or mayo, and the tikki just didn’t hit the mark. They used to be so much better and actually filling.

Oh, and that big fat ₹79 for two burgers offer they plaster on the packaging? Total scam. My friend and I both asked for it, and the lady calmly said, “We only give this to 1–2 people a day.” Like seriously? Well done marketing strategy!

We also tried the strawberry shake. Horribly sweet. Obviously because there are no real strawberries—just some sugary artificial flavor.

All in all, we felt completely cheated. So yeah, it’s a big no from us.

Yesterday, we decided to treat ourselves with some burgers & I found this one plus one deal on Zomato at this very outlet.

I ordered their island chicken club burger, spicy chicken club burger, chicken cheesy fries & Mr. Spicy chicken wrap.

Quality - Mr. Spicy chicken wrap tortilla bread was overcooked, too much tomatoey & it wasn’t spicy from any angle. Next up was their island chicken club burger which was indeed a disaster - Patty was bland, buns were okay & the most astonishing part was a thick layer of pineapple in it - Why did you commit this heinous crime ? It should be optional & Chicken cheesy fries had hair in it !! Don’t you guys wear any cap while cooking. It’s understandable when you’re cooking at home & at an established brand - you need to take care of your personal hygiene !!

Moving on to staff and service part - Though I received the order on time but the deal which was mentioned on Zomato didn’t took place in reality because the outlet said that - This is what ZOMATO offers WE DON’T !!
Dude that is not my or any other clientele problem - You guys needs to fix this lag !! This misconstrue between you guys can cost you guys a fortune !!

Price - The prices are okay but quality of food is a matter of concern.

Won’t recommend this at all for the time being !!

I had ordered a loaded veg burger for 119 rupees. It had nachos, cauliflower leaves (patta gobhi), mayonnaise, sauces, crispy aloo tikki, tomato, cucumber, fried onion rings among others. Nachos and crispy aloo tikki add a crunching bite to the burger. Cauliflower leaves gave it a sweet taste, the leaves were fresh as well.
Coming to its taste, the crunchiness of nachos is not what I like in the burger. Either I would eat nachos or a burger, but not both combined. The sauces were overwhelming which I liked. Also they bake their own buns , so I found the buns to be fresh as well.
Service was great. The women staff was cooperative. They deserve applause.
