Located in Sector 18, Noida; a casual dining restaurant that specialises in authentic North Indian and Mughlai cuisine. Subtle interiors with the splash of white and blue coloured décor give a relaxed vibe to the place. They serve authentic Mughlai and North Indian delicacies with a twist in it which makes them different from regular dishes. Mutton Biryani, Tandoori Chicken and Paneer Tikka are some of their must-have dishes.
Basis past good experience made a wrong decision to celebrate birthday Lunch at Great kabab factory. What a waste of time n money? Epic fall of once bustling restaurant. Food quality is average except for Galouti Kebab, nothing was appetizing enough. Biggest let down was dirty plates and napkins. Service was also not up to the mark. Totally not worth the amount they are charging. It is time either to revive past glory or better close the establishment
The restaurant is old now and lost its touch. Service was slow and not coordinated. Food quality is average too. Except Galouti Kebab there was nothing worth TGKF standard. I would be dragging myself if I think of visiting this place again.
Even the kebabs were not good, they should have at least made good kebabs to justify their name... thank god we redeemed our office voucher, otherwise the pain would have multiplied.
Kababs were really good i found varities of kabab apart from normal varities i suggest to visit this place
It was our anniversary night and trying to make it special I took out my spouse and kids here , dreaming to have a great time. It was the lousiest meal in my life. Except the guloti kabab all other were terrible. The Biryani totally dired one or two days stale, gosht un-eatable. I would suggest to have a meal at your local mughlai restaurant instead of this . I don't know why the original Kabab Factory don't keep check on them . Is it only royalty they are interested in? Please close this restaurant of you can't serve proper food
One of the best things Mughals have given this country is their deep love for food. They bought with them such a treasure trove of spices and rich recipes that we couldn’t help but be amazed by the flavours. They used meat, spices, dairy, coal aromas and dry fruits to infuse flavours in their dishes and managed to capture such beauty that now Mughlai food is renowned all over the globe. Delhi NCR is a gastronomic haven, which has a very strong food profile in itself but by inclusion of Mughlai food in their food scene they have only bloomed. ‘The Great Kabab Factory’ is a one-stop destination for Mughlai food lovers with deep fascination for delectable kababs. The restaurant is housed under Ansal’s Fortune Arcade, Sector 18, Noida and is a popular dining spot for families and team lunches.
Food is completely authentic at The Great Kabab Factory. The moment you walk through the door, a mouth-watering aroma of sizzling kababs on grills will fill you with anticipation. Settle down and choose a drink off their bar menu. Non-drinkers can make do with a refreshing mocktail. Coming to the best part – the food. Menu caters North-Indian, Afghani and Mughlai cuisine to the diners. Take advantage of their buffet meals and feast as much as you want on kababs. Try out their, lagan ki chop, badami murgh seekh, pudina se ananas, bhuna murg tikka, dohro khumb, achari macchi tikka, lazeez paneer tikka, raan e murg, bhuttey ke kabab, tandoori aloo chatpate and galouti kabab. Take it further with biryani, rizala murg, paneer do pyaza and Punjabi dal tadka.
Patrons are encouraged to eat as much as they want for a fixed price. For a moderate bill, you can dig into as many kababs as you can eat. Top off this luxurious Indian meal with a plethora of rich desi sweets. Moong dal ka halwa, phirni, gulab jamun and shahi tukda are some of the desserts you should try. The Mediterranean blue façade of the restaurant instantly draws your eye and the colour scheme follows inside as well. The use of blue in edgy lamps, part of walls, display counter, chairs and glasses, gives to the dining room a cheerful contrast. Vibe is smart casual. The restaurant gets noisy around meal times so if you want a quiet time, go some place else. Book a table ahead.
