All ITC hotels have a coffee shop called Pavilion, usually with some regional flavour added to the formula. The Delhi Pavilion, however, is much more your average hotel coffee shop, less regional and more international in approach. It is more popular at lunch when a lavish buffet allows guests to eat well swiftly. A typical buffet will include Indian, Western and Chinese selections plus salads and an extensive dessert spread. The best option though is to go to one of the several live counters where chefs will make the daily specials in front of you. Usually these include Western grills, South Indian dosas and appams, as well as ITC's famous kababs.
