We booked a valentines couple dinner with some decoration. Food was scrumptious and amazing. Specially their service led by Ngakmi was outstanding.

Pizza Bay at Karma Lakelands is a must-visit, especially if you're a fan of wood-fired pizzas and relaxed, alfresco dining. Tucked beside the pool and surrounded by greenery, the open-air setting gives it an easygoing, vacation-like feel.

We started with their Primavera Peri Peri Pizza — a thin crust beauty, loaded with veggies like zucchini, jalapeños, corn, and beans. The crust was light and had that perfect brick oven crispness, while the toppings were fresh and full of flavor.

Next, we had the Aglio Olio Peperoncino — simple, but executed with finesse. The garlic and chilli oil was balanced beautifully, and the pasta was al dente and served piping hot.

A perfect place for dinner with family or a romantic evening under the stars. Highly recommended!

Vibes are truly amazing

We went there with friends and had the worst experience ever. The service was extremely poor. The food was nice but not extraordinary. The server told us that the drinking water had finished so we had to take mineral water which was chargeable. We were served food before the cutlery. We have to ask for the plates and the server was serving on request only. he brings all the cutlery when asked. The main course was served in parts. We had to sit for 15 minutes till he brought the other half portion. when we asked for the tissue paper he just brought two tissue papers among eight people. Customer satisfaction has to be on priority when you are running a restaurant. On every table people were complaining about the same. This was the worst experience we ever had and would suggest everyone to not ruin their time by going there.

Food is extremely bad, they use old/poor  quality oil for pizza, it stinks of sarso ka tel!

It's so weird how there's so many good reviews because the food was litrally not edible!

Just because the location is nice doesn't mean it should get a 5 star review!

It's a food place, and they don't know how to cook!!!
