Nice food and ambiance, approach is not that great but when you are inside it doesn’t feel that bad.
The concept of a boutique restaurant is not new yet people are less aware about the same. But with new entrepreneuers taking a bold step of opening such a restaurant is a hats off to them. Due to these brave souls people are upgrading their knowledge on such types of restaurants and the services these are ready to offer. A similar concept was introduced in sector 110 going by the name of The Saffron Boutique. It seems as if a lot of thought has gone into assembling the name of the place. Anyhow, on our quest to try out new stuff, we headed towards this place and after multiple U-turns and over dependence on Google maps, we finally reached the venue. The place is on the first floor of an upcoming market in sector 110, Noida. The best part being the view one gets from that restaurant. Despite the space constraint, the area is strategically laid out to rage all genre of patrons and provide with amazing service. The prima facie view of the place gives a sense of serenity owing to very subtle colors used to decorate the place. The area is bifurcated into two parts with one being dedicated whole heartedly to a private group of approx. 7-8 people and the other being the main area accommodating larger and smaller groups of customers. We loved the fact how they have made available to the people a café where they can come, sip their favourite brew and relax either just by chilling or reading books available there. We also liked that they allow you to play your own music. Just connect your phones and sing all the way long! Coming to the food, we had manchow soup, starters comprising of paneer tikka shashlik, mushroom peshawari, cheese corn roll and chicken malai tikka with the mains comprising of dal makhani, dal tadka and butter chicken with assorted breads. The soup seemed decent with ample flavour and enormous veggies evenly boiled and cooked nicely. Paneer and mushrooms were good with an amazing marination of spices leaving a zing of tanginess in every bite. We loved their cheese corn rolls which had a perfect crisp on the outside and a very nice filling of cheese and corns with salt and pepper on the inside. Despite being deep fried, they hardly left any traces of oil, we loved them! The chicken on the other hand was again a delight to have with chicken pieces being succulent, tender and juicy and the oomph of spices being felt in every munch! The starters were a highlight of the evening. The mains had dal tadka which had an amazing tempering enhancing the flavour of the dal. The dal makhani seemed decent. We were more inclined towards the dal tadka. The breads seemed fresh owing to a fresh and properly fermented dough! The desserts were a notch higher than anywhere else specially the coffee martini. It had hot coffee, more of an expresso shot with a dollop of vanilla icecream submerged in it! It’s a highly recommended item! The other item that blew our minds was the kheer! Apart from our homes, we never had such a delectable kheer anywhere else. DO try that out! All in all, the place is amazing and suitable for all types of occasions and no matter whom you are accompanying along, the hospitality offered here is amazing and would coerce you to visit this café even more often. The best time would be the day time but the night time has its own charm! We suggest, you definitely go for a brunch! Happy munching! Cheers ;)
I would rate saffron boutique a 5/5.I would appericiated not only the staff who were generous. But also the chef /cook who cooked the food well with proper authenticity.
We visited this place on the occasion of our anniversary with our friends and family. The ambience was very good and the food was also very nice. Only problem we faced was in the service, that was very slow. We had kids also along, and due to slow service it was difficult to manage the kids as they have to be fed on time. They should definitely work more upon their service part.
