When Chef Augusto Cabrera left the Oberoi where he was the sushi master, few people expected that he would find local backers for his own place. Town Hall, on a site that used to be the offices of a bank, is Khan Market’s largest restaurant with many rooms spread over two floors. The chief attraction is Augusto’s take on modern Japanese but the restaurant already has a strong buzz about it. Most days you’ll see at least one or two people you recognise from TV or the papers.
