A chilled out place, in two sections, is comfortable and elegant. Food is a mix of Indian, Thai and Continental with more of finger food and that works well for sheesha lovers especially. I loved Uber special 'Baked Nachos' and 'Malai Broccoli Kabab' while my friend hogged on 'Chilli Garlic Prawns' and we were happy with our first round of dishes. In the mains, 'Mutton Rogan Josh', 'Grilled Basa Fish', 'Classic Grilled Chicken' and 'Cottage Cheese Mui Fui', are worth-a-trying. 'Veg Thai Green Curry' and 'Thai Red Chicken Curry' with steamed rice are all-time favourites here. There is a good variety of sandwiches, kinds of pasta, and pizzas too. Keep some space for desserts as Waffles are to die for. There is an interesting range of Uber signature drinks, chat with the bartender and get your fix. You will not be disappointed.
So we went on a Saturday Evening and there was a waiting of around 10 mins. The place was absolutely packed with loud music playing and the soccer semi final being telecasted on the projector. To my surprise, they did not have couple of the most common beers found almost every where, Bira and Ultra or may be they didn't want to serve it. Anyways, apart from that, the food was very good. We ordered crispy soya, fish, chilly chicken and mutton seekh. There was nothing wrong with any of the dishes, just the service was very slow, hence a point deducted. Definitely worth going to.
Celebrated a birthday party of a dear friend in this restaurant yesterday. The Food was great and tasty, the drinks were amazing. However the place is a bit dark in the basement. Needs some more air-conditioning and fresh air. The Hookas being served add a lot of smoke to the basement. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Onam the manager was great and every smiling. Would definitely go back there.
We stayed at the Tatvasami home stay just around the corner from this bar. Food and atmosphere really good. Serves alcohol which is a plus. Ate there twice in the evening and the food was excellently presented and tasted great. Only gripe was all the taxes added to the bill, but nevertheless still a great place to spend the evening.
A very warm and cozy restaurant cum cafe in the middle of m block market. Good taste of food. Mock tails pretty nice. Ambience. Pretty good. Service. Very good. Staff very humble All in all a good cafe. And a must go if u r at Gk
We faced some glitches trying to book a reservation in advance given it was a friday evening but managed somehow owing to being early. Ordered a bucket of beer and finger food which was nice. the place had lounge music until business picked up later and switched to bollywood. They have bells to call for assistance and attentive staff. The place has both lounge and dining seating. Cubby holes in the basement are great for a small group. Clean loos. :) I recommend visiting the place during happy hours for biggest bang for your buck. We had 15 pints and finger food + hookah in around 5k!
A swanky super-hot lounge has finally knocked on GK-2 market’s door. Chic and stylishly decorated this lounge is spread over two floors: a first floor and a basement. The couches are comfortable and each set is different than the other. The name of the lounge “Uber Lounge†may sound over-reaching but it’s actually not. It delivers on every level from location, ambience, food and service. When you enter the basement you will find DJ playing rocking music and servers providing sheesha to tables.in dim lighting the feel of basement turns casual and relaxing. The mood on first floor is little bit formal if the basement is not your scene. Here you can sit and converse with friends. The lounge is well stocked on booze front so you won’t be disappointed by the immense collection. They house every possible brand that crosses your mind.
Menu of Uber lounge is cocktail menu so tit bits to munch with your drinks are their primary focus. Start with soups and salads if you are not drinking. They are what forms the first impression. The appetizer list is long with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Falafel with hummus, achaari mushroom, paneer Makai seekh, corn n cheese spring roll, crispy chilli garlic soya chaap, garlic bread, French fries, paneer tikka, galauti kebab, fish finger, kastoori murg tikka, galafi seekh kebab, achari prawns and murgh malai tikka, the choices are limitless. The pizzas have lot of topping options too. Some unique toppings are artichoke & rocket parmesan, pizza alla capers, shavings pizza and spinach corn pizza. The lounge serves fragrant curries too with crispy indian breads. Guy fare includes sandwiches like caramelized onion with roast chicken and mix veg & caper sandwich. The food is appealing and wonderful. Compliments to the chef.
End your meal with sweet dish. The classic fruit and nut sundae, pancakes, brownie with ice cream and banana split ice cream are classic recipes meant to share with friends. Uber lounge though situated at posh GK-2 market is very much affordable. Here you can have serious booze fest as the lounge houses a lavish collection of alcohol labels.
