Among the design elements the elegant Italian Chandeliers that illuminate white-clothed tables, Onyx back lit marble and the flame throwers add an aura of luxury and mystery to Wildfire. Contemporary Brazilian Cuisine heightened by a stone oven, and a charcoal grill, the cuisine at Wildfire is an authentic echo of fresh, organic and hearty ingredients. To honor the ritual of Churrasco, Wildfire brings together, Superlative quality produce, with the Southern Brazilian dash of concocting the traditional Churrasco. The chef ferrying sweltering skewers from grill to table, carving house special Lamb and Tenderloin straight onto plates is an amazing sight. With limitless servings, diners can sample the entire menu, testing out decadent king prawns and familiarizing taste buds with chicken drumsticks along with interesting dips like the chimichurri. Innumerable trips to the salad bar safeguard that stomachs are entirely sated or you can skip it like I did, and desserts cap off meals in forms such as the delicious grilled Pineapple of which I took extra helpings or the Italian Tiramisu. Model here is all-you-can-eat in which meats are brought uninterruptedly and yes, for those with a small appetite, there’s an A La Carte option!
Great restaurant and service, especially by my waiter Dinesh and co. Loved the ability to get a genuine Indian curry for breakfast. And their evening dinner menu was equally impressive in terms of variety and quality.
Went here this week for a group function. Hotel looked nice and the service in Wild Fire was good. Only problem was the kitchen was open so it made the area where they put a dance floor very hot.
Very good place.Price seems a little high, but we have excellent feeling.Only bad issue is reservation staff. When we have dinner this place, their staff call to my mobile. And told me "Why you haven't come?"Their reservation confirmation
Me and my friend came to crowne plaza to celebrate an evening we were yet to decide that which restaurant should be opt, the cute hostess invited us to try the wine and dine promotion happening at wildfire the brazillian restaurant! The restaurant was beautiful and yet we were reluctant to choose brazillian food but the manager Mr Gaurav convinced us try the wine dinner. Our experience was amazing the wines were perfectly paired Mr Gaurav was personally here to explain about every wine and the meat! Also Nikhil and the chefs were very helpful! Thank you for a delicious evening!
First experience in India for Brazilian food it was worth. Churrasco with a little buffet of starters. Definitely to try
Our love for meat has taken us all across Delhi NCR, as we go chasing after some amazing carnivore joint we have recently heard about. We read blogs and follow the foodie grapevine to find that one place, which can satisfy all our meaty fantasies. If you are a gourmet like us then you will be interested to know about this fantastic eatery we came across lately. The place is well-known amongst the Delhi NCR food circuit and between meat lovers, it’s considered a mecca of gastronomy. ‘Wildfire’ steps away from the classic American barbeque concept and embrace the Portuguese-style barbeque ‘churrasco’. The eatery is a modern day churrascaria and happens to be the only one in India. It’s located at Crowne Plaza in Sector 29, Gurgaon and is generally filled with noisy families and boisterous foodies.
Keeping true to the Portuguese culinary tradition, the menu at Wildfire is South American so get your fill of chimichurris and ceviches to your heart’s content. You are in for an unforgettable culinary experience. The chefs comes to each table carrying huge skewers of meat and carve house special meats onto your plate. One can eat as much as they want here and then some. For a fixed price you can eat extensively. Combined with a full-fledged bar menu tackle the menu starting with an array of appetizers like, grilled broccoli, breaded peppers stuffed with lentil ragout or corn tortilla wrapped with red beans. Main course is their showstopper, save appetite for that. Make inroads into, camarao, Cochin rock lobster, French duck sprinkled with orange & tabasco, sea bass with cilantro, frango corn bacon, linguica and king oyster mushroom.
Vegetarians need not fear, they have some wonderful Italian dishes on the menu as well. Final sweet course is truly delightful. You get to taste some sublime exotic desserts such as, pear fig & pine nut strudel with vanilla foam, tiramisu, abacaxi assado, panna cotta with mango salad and cassata with fresh fruits. One trip is just not enough to cover the menu, visit again. Although expensive, Wildfire is a spectacular addition to Gurgaon’s fine dining scene. As you step inside Wildfire, you will find the restaurant to be elegantly designed. The décor is contemporary, stylish and classy. Ask to be seated next to the wine library. Wildfire is meant for large groups and family.
