Stale food was served. The momos are literally leathery and don't snap hard like cardboard, yet the chef is okay with serving them. It was the worst experience. I will never visit again.

Awesome food with perfect blend of flavours throughout North Indian and continental menu, chicken malai tikka should be a must, pizzas are just fabulous they hit the spot perfectly, even the coolers are super unique such as the cranberry basil cooler.

Great ambience for family get togethers , dates, and small parties.

Staff is super courteous and helpful and service is also good.

Disappointing Experience at Zoca, Ocus Melody Mall, Gurgaon

We recently visited Zoca at Ocus Melody Mall, Gurgaon, and unfortunately, it was quite a letdown.

?️ Food Quality: The taste was far from what we expected. The kebabs were overly oily, and the platter was excessively salty. On the other hand, the soup was extremely bland, completely lacking flavour.

? Quantity: The portion sizes were shockingly small. Even a single portion felt like just a sample—not at all worth the price.

? Overall, the food lacked balance, taste, and satisfaction. Sadly, not a place we’d recommend or revisit.

Nice Ambience. Food taste & quantity both was good but staffs needs to be little more groomed.

Staffs should be able to explain about food. We asked from menu about chicken makhana momo ,the reply was " don't know" .

We ordered 1. chicken hot n sour
2. Two types of chicken momos
3. Tex mex chicken pizza .
As there was 15% discount going on,  so bill was rs 1600/-

Average exp.
Food needs considerable improvement.
Chicken started was uncooked from inside and some other dishes were not how its actually made.
Flies around and we had to ask them to get repellent.

We had an unfortunate experience during our first visit to DOCA. The baby chair provided was broken, and my baby actually fell from it. The most disappointing part was that the staff already knew about the issue but still handed it over to us.

The food also didn’t meet expectations. They seem to love black pepper — the noodles we ordered for our 4-year-old had an excessive amount of it. Both the tomato soup and hot & sour soup were full of pepper as well, and they were served with a serving spoon instead of a proper soup spoon.

When sizzlers were served to another table, the entire hall filled with smoke, making it uncomfortable for everyone sitting nearby.

There also seems to be only one platform for cooking, so getting food prepared according to your taste preferences becomes difficult. The manager was not available, and the staff appeared untrained and unsure.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience for us, and I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously to improve safety, food quality, and service.

It's a nice place to have food with family and friends. We didn't try the non-veg dishes, but the veg food is very low on spices also after instructed to staff.
Instrumental music is missing in this restaurant, despite its very nice interior ambience.

My first and only experience wasn't good. There were very big flies in restaurant which we pointed to the staff but they didn't care. Food was not fresh. We had ordered a vegetarian Chinese platter but i found an unusual "rubbery" Chunk in veg noodles ( only a single small piece) which was not supposed to be a part of that dish. It did not even cut with spoon. When enquired owners gave lame replies like it's a piece of coating which they use for coating and frying paneer. I didn't feel like eating after that. I have been a vegetarian since birth and I was not having a good feeling about that piece. I paid the bill for all the food I ordered and left. Will never go again and wouldn't advice anyone to go there too. Whatever we tasted before this wasn't even tasting good. Food is very costly too. Ambience and staff behavior doesn't feel according to price being charged.
