As an Iranian living in Dubai, I was honestly amazed by how authentic and delicious the food at Alvand Restaurant is! Every dish tastes just like homemade Persian food — full of flavor, freshness, and that traditional touch that reminds me of home.
The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with both smoking and non-smoking areas, perfect for families or friends.
The staff are polite, friendly, and the service is fast.
You definitely have to try their Shirazi Faloudeh — it’s absolutely amazing!
Overall, a wonderful place that truly captures the real taste of Iran ?? right here in Dubai ??

This is best Iranian food I tried. Ordered meat kabab, meat tikka. All is good. The rice very taste and the meat is delicious. Prices are good also. Highly recommended

This is an amazing Iranian Restaurant!!! The food is absolutely fresh and full of flavor. We started off the the Veg Soup, then we order the Lamb Shank and Chicken tikka with bean rice! Both were perfectly cooked to perfection. Ended it all with very soothing Iranian Chai. Definitely recommend coming here. You will not be disappointed.

I recently visited Alvand Restaurant in Al Mamzar, Dubai, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food is absolutely delicious — especially the koobideh kebab, mixed grill, and lamb shank. Everything was freshly prepared, well-seasoned, and full of authentic Iranian flavor.

The portions are very generous and definitely worth the price. You can easily share a mixed grill between two people and still have leftovers. They also serve complimentary soup and Iranian tea, which is a lovely touch and shows great hospitality.

The staff were very polite and attentive, always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. The service was quick even though the restaurant was busy.

The restaurant is clean, family-friendly, and open 24 hours — perfect for a late-night meal or a relaxed family dinner.

If you’re looking for authentic Persian cuisine at a reasonable price, Alvand Restaurant is definitely one of the best places in Dubai. Highly recommended!

The Arayes is one of the best that I have eaten in a while. Thin crispy and delicious.  Staff are courteous. We were very impressed by the service provided by Usman.

Just had some amazing Iranian food—those kebabs were super tender and full of flavor. Loved how they paired with the biryani rice, so tasty and comforting. Definitely hit the spot!

Alvand is a very old restaurant it was founded in 1991 ,making it not only old but a reputed,
I really liked the location but the fact that they did not make sure of social distancing due to the current situation was a bit on the bad side but kept cleaning and sanitizing the tables and the kitchen looked hygienic,
Now coming to food the main course was absolutely delicious the Mix grill platter had the most amazing flavours the chicken and mutton was perfectly cooked super moist and tender with perfectly balanced spices totally Recommended,
They didn't had much options in desserts but I just had green tea which was also good, I really liked how everything was freshly prepared from the hummus to the grill the rice and everything else I liked my experience and with some time, or just after covid will definitely visit again
