We tried chicken ? ? ? Charcoal...

Carters Blue holds a special place for a Mumbai-ite from the suburbs ❤️ . Their Dubai branch reminds us of the Shwarma and other Arabic dishes at Carters Blue Bandra and Hit and Run Andheri. Their food is delicious and totally worth relishing.
Chicken shwarma - One of the best in Dubai. The sauces are amazing.
Veg shwarma - It has potato filling in it. The twist with Arabic sauces make it worth trying.
Chicken pepper and salt - Very well prepared. Loved the taste.
Chicken triple shezwan rice - Just like desi style Mumbai types rice. Quantity is good and the price doesn’t pinch.

The staff is warm and welcoming. They followed our special request for less spicy food. We loved the taste and their preparation style. 100% recommended.

I recently visited Carter’s Blue and tried their Chicken Grill, Chicken Shawarma, and Avocado Juice. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the food was below average. The Chicken Grill was quite disappointing – the masala lacked flavor and it wasn’t cooked properly, which really affected the taste. The Chicken Shawarma had an overpowering tomato ketchup flavor, which masked the actual ingredients and made it feel unbalanced. As for the Avocado Juice, it seemed like avocado was added just for the name – it wasn’t properly blended with the milk and didn’t taste fresh or creamy.

On the positive side, the ambiance of the restaurant is good – clean and comfortable. The staff provided good service and were courteous throughout. However, when it comes to pricing, it felt higher compared to similar restaurants in the area. Given the quality of the food, I personally don’t feel it’s worth the price.

If you’re left without any other nearby options, you can try this place – but I wouldn’t recommend it as a first choice. With some improvements in food preparation and pricing, it could be a better dining spot.

Not at all the taste of Carter's blue bandraaa. Not even the standard taste what we get in Mumbai. If we compare taste or both Carter's blue of Bandra and Dubai I will rate Bandra branch 8 0ut of 10 and 3 out of 10 for Dubai Carter's blue. Really disappointed came from ajman spending 100aed in travelling to have that taste of Bandra Carter's blue really heart breaking

This pace is very famous for their Crispy Chicken back in Mumbai. I was happy to get the excat same taste look and feel of the food like how I have tasted in my country. You can order anything from the menu it will be great and don't forget to try out their sea food

I ordered a combo chicken shawarme thing there will be 2 shawarme and juice for 10 dhs. When I went to pay he told me that was in combo and the other one is single shawarme so i paid 17 dhs. But they way he explained me got me confused too, and I didn't like the guys attitude.  I been a regular customer for 6 months now and i spent in more that 380 dhs buying foods, after his behaviour today I will not coming again. I am honestly disappointed by the attitude of the guy.
