Third time here and it's even more lovelier. The manager Mr. Naseem is very accommodating. He is hospitable and professional.

The place is neat and chill
The chai tastes premium

I also like the music being played.
I like everything about this place.

Reasonably priced offerings yet the place looks so luxurious.

This is my favorite place in business bay. Will go next time to try the other dishes.

If you’re craving authentic Bombay-style street food in Dubai, Chai Wala Café is the place to be! Their menu is packed with flavour, from schezwan rice with hot & sour chilli chicken (absolutely amazing!) to classic favourites like Qeema Pao, crispy chicken lollipops, juicy seekh kebabs, dum biryani, butter chicken, and even a comforting bowl of kheer.
Every dish tasted fresh, balanced, and truly reminded me of Mumbai’s street food charm. And of course, we ended our meal with their viral chai — rich, aromatic, and the perfect finishing touch.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves bold flavours and a cozy desi vibe!

An outstanding experience from start to finish — Chaiwala is a must-visit!

Our visit to Chaiwala was nothing short of exceptional, and honestly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into a space that feels warm, vibrant, and full of Bombay soul. The ambience is beautifully done — cozy lighting, colourful accents, Bollywood-inspired touches, and the comforting aroma of fresh chai brewing in the background. It truly transports you straight to the streets of Bombay, in the most authentic and comforting way.

The staff deserves a special mention. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful time. They checked in at the perfect moments, guided us through the menu, and shared recommendations with a smile. It didn’t feel like a typical restaurant visit — it felt like being hosted by people who genuinely love what they do.

Now, onto the highlight — the food, which was without exaggeration the best we’ve had in ages. We ordered a variety of items to get a full taste of what Chaiwala has to offer, and not a single dish disappointed. The samosa and vada pav were the perfect start — crispy, flavourful, and true to authentic Bombay street style. The chicken lollipop and creamy malai boti were incredibly tender and bursting with flavour. The Chicken Lajawaab lived up to its name — rich, aromatic, and perfectly spiced. Paired with their fresh naan and roti, it made for an unforgettable combination.

The mains were just as impressive. The biryani was aromatic and layered with so much flavour, and the triple Schezwan fried rice had that perfect Indo-Chinese punch. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and prepared with a level of attention you rarely find these days.

We also tried their orange juice, Coke, and vanilla milkshake, all refreshing in their own way — but nothing beats ending the meal with their legendary Chaiwala Special Chai. Rich, creamy, perfectly balanced, and the kind of chai that instantly lifts your mood. It’s truly the heart of the place.

Overall, Chaiwala is a restaurant that gets everything right — ambience, service, food, flavour, and value. It’s rare to find a spot where every dish shines and the entire experience feels so thoughtfully put together. We left completely satisfied and already planning our next visit.

Highly, highly recommended to anyone who loves bold flavours, warm hospitality, and authentic Bombay vibes. This place is a true gem. ?☕?️

Chai Wala Cafe in Al Quoz seems to be very well-liked, especially by those looking for authentic North Indian / Mumbai street food, good chai, and budget-friendly prices. It’s a “hidden gem” for many people.
Chicken lollipop was delicious, shami kabab was hit..biryani taste was unique ?....
Nothing beats the comfort of a hot cup of tea at Chai Wala Café ☕✨”

Visited Chai Wala Café today and honestly felt like I was back in Bombay! The portions were big, the taste was authentic, and everything was served fresh. From the Wada Pav and Bombay Sandwich to the Chicken Crispy and Chowpal Noodles – every dish was full of flavor. And how can I forget the royal Mumbai Falooda, chilled Mango Juice, creamy Firni, and cutting chai – absolutely perfect ending! Loved the family-friendly seating too, made it such a comfortable experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving asli Bombay ka swad in Dubai!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely loved our experience at Chai Wala Café, Dubai Hills Mall! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavour — even the children enjoyed every bit of it. We took our friends who were visiting from the UK, and they were so impressed.

We ordered the Desi breakfast and halwa puris — everything was divine, with generous portions and perfect seasoning. The service was excellent, friendly, and attentive throughout.

And the tea… honestly, probably the best desi chai I’ve had in Dubai! Can’t wait for our next visit. Highly recommend! ☕?️

Triple shezwan chicken rice was amazing. Made me nostalgic, same as the mumbai taste. Lollipop Were mouthwatering ? good.
