Charsi Cafe & Restaurant

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This café is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The coffee is rich, smooth, and clearly made with care, and the treats are on another level — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite feels special, especially the desserts, which are perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. The staff is friendly and welcoming .specialy Mr moshin give best welcoming and giving nicely behavior like a family.making the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best cafés for both great coffee and delicious treats. Highly recommended

Very bad experience, tried two times. The staff is friendly no doubt but they need to change the person who makes sessha

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Charsi Lounge is where the real vibe is at!

The atmosphere here is unmatched — laid-back, vibrant, and just the right kind of energy for a chill night out. The sheesha is absolutely on point, with smooth pulls and rich flavors that keep you coming back for more. It’s the kind of place where time flies because you’re just enjoying every moment. If you’re looking for great sheesha and a solid vibe, Charsi Lounge is the spot. Highly recommend!

Good option for food
Good sitting areas
Dedicated staff
Quality of food
Sheesha is the must try to do in
Somehow a check is required on group of stags
Will not recommend for family or married couples ( my personal experience)

Had an AMAZING Experience at Charsi Cafe! The food was incredible (especially the Chicken Peshawai Kadhai), the staff was friendly and accommodating of us, and the sheesha was awesome!

Thanks to the team of Charsi Cafe, for the lovely welcome treatment ( Especially for my photos on the display ?)

I had such a fun evening here with my colleagues! The vibe is upscale but casual, and it was perfect for a great night out.

It was overall an amazing experience and would definitely visit again and highly recommend if you want to visit the Best Shisha Cafe In Dubai.

It’s Always great vibe at Charsi Cafe! Atmosphere is chill and cool ?

If you want to enjoy any match Cricket & Football so this is the right place for you. Enjoy nice food, sheesha & match.

Really enjoyed our time here.

Food was super delicious especially Charsi Karahi and Sheesha ( Pan kiwi) over the moon ?

A mix of bollywood, punjabi pop songs, and sufi.

Great experience Every Day!!!

I recently dined at Charsi Cafe and had a somewhat mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. While the restaurant boasts a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service, the quality of the food left much to be desired, and what was perhaps most disappointing was the absence of any form of compensation or resolution for the culinary letdown.

Firstly, I must commend the restaurant for its inviting ambiance. The decor and overall atmosphere were quite pleasing, making it a suitable choice for a relaxed evening out. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met throughout the meal.

Unfortunately, where the dining experience fell short was in the quality of the food. The menu had appeared promising, offering a variety of appealing dishes, but the execution left much to be desired. The flavors were lacking, and in some cases, the dishes were outright disappointing. It was disheartening to see such potential unmet.

What was even more disconcerting was that when we expressed our disappointment to the staff, no compensation or solution was offered. It's not about expecting freebies, but when a diner takes the time to provide feedback, one would hope for some effort to make amends or at least an acknowledgment of the issue. This lack of response to our concerns was disappointing and did not reflect well on the overall dining experience.

In conclusion, while Charsi Cafe has a lot going for it in terms of ambiance and service, the ultimate goal of any restaurant should be to serve high-quality food. Regrettably, this was not the case during my recent visit. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and strives to improve the culinary aspect of their establishment in the future. It's not just about creating a pleasant environment but delivering on the promise of a satisfying dining experience.

Priya is the best employee in Charsi … I hope his owner give her award and appreciate in this month … tanks you for your service ??
