Celebrated my Birthday at Ciao Bella. Used The Entertainer App and got a great deal. Delicious food, great service and ambiance.

Dining at Ciao Bella Dubai was a truly delightful experience, made even more special by the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely warm.

The first impression was set by Mikee, the receptionist, who greeted us with a bright smile and a very friendly demeanor. She was incredibly approachable and attentive, making us feel instantly comfortable and well taken care of. Her professionalism combined with genuine warmth made the check-in process smooth and pleasant, setting the tone for what turned out to be a wonderful meal.

Throughout our dining experience, we were looked after by Valentina, our server, who was nothing short of exceptional. She was ever accommodating, attentive without being intrusive, and always ready to help with recommendations or requests. Valentina made sure everything was served promptly and accurately, and she consistently checked in to ensure we were enjoying our meal. Her positive attitude and dedication to excellent service truly elevated our experience.

Overall, Ciao Bella Dubai stands out not only for its inviting ambiance and enjoyable dining experience, but especially for its remarkable staff. Mikee and Valentina are a true credit to the restaurant—both exemplifying excellent customer service, warmth, and professionalism. Because of them, our visit felt personal and memorable, and it’s a place we would gladly return to and recommend to others looking for great food paired with outstanding hospitality.

A cosy place inside media one hotel. A gateway to relax in the middle of the noisy suburbs. Advisable smoothies, special tiramissu that is mixed upon demand at your table so not to compromise the crispiness of the bites... There are so many moods and corners in this restaurant... choose your spot! Old black & white movie was playing all along.  Reunion with a cousin found its well deserved place to chat... waiters were so nice.

Service was completely professional. Michelle and Anna were very friendly, and accommodating. Fondue and wine were great and would recommend to my peers.

That was a wonderful experience there. Great customer service by Valentina, she was there to assist and check on us for anything needed.

Very pleased with everything served to us and definitely suggest to try out this place!
