Great place to sit back and relax, to have a sandwich or a cake. Doesn't look busy, so it is a nice place to have a friendly chat over a cup of tea, or just to enjoy a sandwich or a cake. The hidden gem ?  there is a daily karak chai served here, with dates and cookies, from 17.30 till 18.00

Really lovely afternoon tea. We had one English and one Indian one and it was a very special experience. Service is very good too. I recommend sitting outside as it really does make it that much better.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich möchte mich bezüglich meines letzten Besuchs in Ihrem Restaurant / Emperor Lounge an Sie wenden, da ich leider einige negative Erfahrungen machen musste, die ich Ihnen nicht vorenthalten möchte.

Zunächst habe ich eine Vorspeise und einen Hauptgang bestellt. Die Dame, Simran, brachte mir beide Speisen gleichzeitig. Als ich anmerkte, dass ich zunächst gerne den Salat genießen würde, war sie sichtlich perplex. Sie stellte das Hauptgericht zur Seite, was sich im Nachhinein als unglücklich erwies. Nachdem ich nach etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Salat fertig war, wurde mir das Hauptgericht serviert, das mittlerweile eiskalt war, einschließlich der Pommes.

Diese Erfahrung war äußerst enttäuschend und entspricht nicht den Standards, die ich von Ihrem Restaurant gewohnt bin.

Zusätzlich wollte ich als Mitglied der Palm Residence von meinen Vorteilen Gebrauch machen. Leider wurden mir diese Vergünstigungen von Frau Simran mit einer unhöflichen Haltung verwehrt, was ich als unangemessen empfinde.

Trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten habe ich den vollen Preis für meine Mahlzeit bezahlt, was ich in Anbetracht der Situation bedauere. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen sehe ich mich gezwungen, aus Prinzip auf zukünftige Besuche in Ihrem Restaurant zu verzichten. Ich komme seit ihrer Eröffnung vom Hotel zu Euch.

Ich hoffe, dass Sie meine Rückmeldung ernst nehmen und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen, um solche Vorfälle in Zukunft zu vermeiden.

Ich würde mich über eine Rückmeldung Ihrerseits freuen.
