With clean modern interiors and comfortable seating, Fuschia is a Thai restaurant creating a buzz in all of Dubai. The maroon fabric used in the false ceiling with wooden grills give the décor a classy feel. Just like the clutter-free ambience, the food also has clean distinct flavours and fresh ingredients. For starters try the fried calamari, served with a nutty, kaffir lime peanut sauce. The health conscious people can try the spicy quinoa salad, with red quinoa, shredded onion and the crunchy white onion. Satiate the fire in your mouth with a lemongrass-iced tea, or the mango freeze made using mango and coconut milk. For main course try the green Thai curry with paad kee mao – a spicy stir-fried noodle dish. Both the dishes have well-balanced flavours, without the spice or lemon grass being overpowering. End on a sweet note with the hazelnut spring rolls with lychee ice cream that is dripping with chocolate or the mango with sticky rice.
