Disappointing,  this is the new place after moving old branch from d64 Qasis, in terms of place, tables are somewhat uncomfortable charis are bit short.
Service time is pretty long, u have to wait a lot!! maqlooba must be pre ordered, i have called them 20 mins before i reach, after once i reached i waited 40 more mins, in old branch most of the time it is taking 10 mins after i reach.
the question her if u really dont trust ur customers and dont start preparing food once customer is calling then simply dont mention on ur social media channels that mqalooba needs pre order as it needs time to get prepared. waiting 40 is too much for any dish.
Prices!! now this is the worst part, maqlooba meat now is costing 55 AED,  old price in d64 was 50 aed, and yes it was overpriced there as well.
Average maqlooba prices in the town are 40 ~ 50 (meat)
Food quality is good honestly, the maqlooba here is defiantly among the best in town. the meal is served with the basics, salad, soup yogurt, almost like any other place around, no drinks no water included.
Place is clean and new, rest rooms are clean as well and smell good.

Just had lunch first time in HABET BARAKAH the food was amazing ; very good quality plus the taste and presentation are the best the staff are very friendly and welcoming

The best restaurant around the corner. The shawarma is simply the best. The overall ambience is really good and the staffs are really nice.

My experience in this restaurant was horrible on a level I’ve never experienced before in my whole life, the list of the bad things happened with could never end .

Poor service, terrible treatment etc

The food is good somehow but you have to make a big scene to get your order right and cooked well .

The call center guy can’t handle any regular customer and couldn’t handle my “complaintss” he only can say we’re sorry next will never happen and it keeps happening over and over again.

Conclusion: i will never visit again

Service is much worse than expected. Ordered one day ahead and yet I had to wait 90 minutes to start PREPARing my order. I had to wait for some personal reasons otherwise I would definitely say NO.
The worst part was after I got home it was not what I ordered. Silly excuses during the time of order and collection and complaints.
The 2 stars for the food quality as it was good honestly.
