Very Disappointing Customer Service

The Kings cafe service was disappointing. I went to the hotel café. Even though I had already checked in and ordered coffee from the café, the staff still did not allow me to sit and have my outside cake. The way this was communicated was rude and unwelcoming, despite me being a paying hotel guest and customer of the café.

Overall, the service across multiple departments was poor, unprofessional and very disappointing. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide even basic customer service.
