This is a Pan Asian cuisine serving restaurant sharing its dining area with it an Indian restaurant, Gabbar's Grills, as both belong to the same owner.
The Dry Chilli Chicken as a starter was really appetizing. The Chicken Sui Mai's were served piping hot and goes well with the sauces. I also loved the Mango Sticky Rice - it was warm and tasty though the mango could have been a little more riper.
The service was good and the staff were friendly. And the portion sizes are big.

After trying Gabbar grills we could not resist trying the Chinese options either so we were back again. Its a combined restaurant with two separate kitchens offering Indian and Chinese cuisine under one roof. The restaurant is decently sized who can accommodate three to four large groups at once.

Bite Board

Crispy Corn: If you have tried Absolute Barbecue, then this dish will definitely remind you of that. Crispy corn with spices is the perfect starter and one of their bestsellers.

Chili Chicken: One of their signature dishes, which is recreated keeping in mind a famous #streetside Chinese place in Delhi. We must say it did have a different flavor from the regular indo Chinese dishes. Kudos to the chef.

Chicken Wontons: Deep fried wontons served with sweet chili sauce. Nothing surprising here, but guess we aren’t fans of wontons and prefer dumplings instead.

Lees Prawn Cocktail: We had a different expectation when ordering this dish but still taste wise it managed to surprise us. The chefs do a great job with the seafood dishes.

Chicken Chowmein: The regular chowmein, you find everywhere.

Sizzling Beef Platter: The portion is good enough for two. The only disappointment for us was the meat was chewy.

Sizzling Brownie: This was a very sad version of a dessert. The brownie was not fresh, the ice-cream was way too much and even the sizzling plate served in was way too big for the portion being served.

This time around we were disappointed with the service, since we had to wait over twenty minutes just to have our orders taken.

The pricing is decent.

I tried their Nasi Goreng (price is 35AED) and it was ok to taste and the quantity was less when compared to other restaurants.
I felt the price is a bit high for all the dishes and maybe that's the reason why there are not many customers all the time.

It's a small cosy place that looks well arranged.

It seems they have changed their chef as over the past 2 orders the quality of food has declined considerably. This has been consistent and when you try to talk to anyone at the restaurant they don't even pick up your call.
This placed used to be amazing to order in but seems like they don't care for the customers anymore.

A very homely small restaurant located at discovery gardens. Location is not easily accessible if you come for the first time. Food was undoubtedly the best. The quantity of food was really good. Prices are affordable. Good service. Tasty food. They are good for take away. Occasionally on weekends it gets full otherwise no need for a reservation.

No voucher codes work, kindly check the applicability before you order your food. Prices are expensive compared to the taste. Rating is 3 (not 1) just because I liked the Sholay theme for the menu and walls.

Indian food of Gabbars grill was good. We liked pindi cholle and paneer lababdar. Only service was slow in house but that was expected due to lot of online delivery orders. Staff was good. Overall good place to have Indian food.
