Luciano's seafood risotto had an endless amount of oceanic offerings with a little too creamy sauce. The tangy melted cheese, meaty tomato sauce and the cake shaped soft pasta make up for some delicious lasagne. The Cappesante al Tartufo Nero di Norcia has slightly opaque looking tender scallops with some fresh celery that has been pureed, along with shavings of truffle and balsamic vinegar. The dish is presented in the most elegant style.
