Had a wonderful lunch buffet at Makan celebrating my dad’s birthday! The staff were super sweet and full of energy — they brought out the cake while singing “Happy Birthday,” complete with festive little Christmas-style jingles (you know, that round clap-instrument that makes the ting-ting sound?).
Everything was done so thoughtfully, and safe to say, Dad was happy AF.

We celebrated our son’s birthday here. The food was good especially the roasted chicken and penne during their lunch buffet. Staff were friendly and approachable

I visited this restaurant using a Groupon AED 75 buffet deal, and it was totally worth it! The salads were fresh, and the desserts had a great variety. What stood out was the free-flowing juice and coffee—a rare bonus in buffet deals.

The main course was flavorful and well-prepared, offering both quality and variety. The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were attentive throughout the meal.

Highly recommended if you're looking for a good buffet at a very reasonable price on Weekend. Will definitely visit again!

Wonderful, well made food, with lots of protein and veggies prepared in a very healthy way

Everything was very delicious in breakfast and All the staff was very cooperative specially Mr Usman very humble guy, the ambiance was pleasant we really enjoyed

We visited the restaurant full family and we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The variety of the food very big and we even didn't taste all food. Enough sweets and soft drinks.

I don’t usually give a 3 star review, but this is a mix. I usually give 5 or 1 ?
We went for a sea food night at makan and we had high expectations, as we have been to hibachi next door and it was amazing.
The buffet was very generous and the varieties presented were really rich.
From sea food, rice sea food, past, fresh, fries etc.. but the food lacked the rich taste, and it mainly felt bland.
We are both seafood lovers but we weren’t impressed. The service wasn’t great either when ordering drinks or cleaning up the tables.
However the deserts were the best part and they tasted as delicious as they look.
