I attended the Grand Carnival Brunch at Palm Kitchen, Taj Exotica, and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented with great variety. The carnival-themed entertainment — from magicians to stilt walkers — made the atmosphere fun and lively for all ages.
The staff were warm, attentive, and made the experience even better.
Highly recommended for a joyful and memorable brunch in Dubai!

Palm Kitchen offers a sprawling buffet experience with a commendable range of international and Indian dishes. The large space allows for a comfortable dining experience, and the variety ensures there's something for everyone. A standout feature is the live prawns station, which adds an interactive touch to the meal. However, the prawn dish could benefit from less garlic and a bit more cooking time for garlic to enhance flavor balance. Service is attentive and friendly, rounding out a solid experience. Overall, Palm Kitchen is a strong choice for buffet lovers, deserving a 4-star rating.

It was a special dinner which i had arranged for my close relatives, colleagues, friends and business partners. The location / place was excellent, with the current Dubai weather, we had arranged in open space. Everyone loved the ambiance & food. It's great place of an exclusive private gathering of around 100 people.

This year's Iftar had it at the beautiful Taj Exocita resort.  Palm Kitchen is a spacious restaurant with the option of both indoor and outdoor.  Decor and lighting was perfect for a good dining experience.  Great service from the courteous and attentive staffs.  Food presentation was good and the dishes we tried were good and delicious. One suggestion I have is to avoid plastic drinking water bottles, instead use glass bottles. We all had good food and service experience and recommend it.

I visited with my family for dinner to celebrate my birthday. After the meal, the team pleasantly surprised me with a cake and a birthday celebration, which was highly appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would like to sincerely thank the manager, Mr. Ibna and the head, Mr. Aaron, for their excellent hospitality.

I am a fan of south indian breakfast and today i had the best Ghee Podi Idli at Palm Kitchen in Taj Exotica in Dubai. The taste was exotic, to say the least. Hats off to the Chef who prepared these for me . Thank You, Taj...  You are No.1 as always

Nothing special. We went there for a dinner on the special occasion of my wife's b'day. I was told that there will be a best wishes b'day cake but they forgot to live up to that. Service was also ok. Feeling was of eating in any other restaurant and not the Taj that we usually think how special it is to eat there. Overall experience was average.
