This is our 3rd time to visit and Pizza Express Souk Springs did it again, what an amazing birthday experience. Nishar is amazing, fully hands on, very kind in giving extra slice of fresh passion fruit (my husband loves it). This is over and beyond customer service

All the food we ordered were all tasty and delicious. Highly recommended

I m extremely disappointed by the manager or whatever is position his.
We are extremely regular customer and the last 2 times we came there was an extreme disapointment.
All the staff are nice. The service is good and never had to complain before but with today situation I had to share my experience.
I don't like puting bad review but hopefully will come to higher management

? Queen Margherita – A classic done to perfection! The crust was beautifully crisp, and the fresh tomato, basil, and mozzarella combination was divine.
? Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta – Rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The creamy sauce had just the right kick, and the chicken was tender and juicy.

Today we join ladies social gathering for a pizza making workshop at Pizza Express and it was just a lovely experience. The team was super kind and taught us how to make a delicious pizza ? followed by amazing dough with Nutella! I totally recommend!

Staff - Mark and Prajwol were friendly and very attentive. It wasnt busy during dining hence we got our food fast. Very spacious branch too. Branch is well lit and clean.

He made sure everything was served on time, checked in with a friendly attitude, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. It’s rare to see such genuine hospitality and attention to detail.

Our waiter, Nishar at Pizza Express was absolutely amazing – from the moment we sat down he was so nice, friendly, and welcoming, and he instantly made us feel comfortable. He had such a positive attitude and was super attentive without ever being pushy, always checking in at just the right time to see if we needed anything. He explained the menu really well, gave us great recommendations, and made sure our food and drinks were perfect throughout the meal. On top of that, he was so genuine and kind, chatting with us in such a warm way that it felt like he really cared about making our experience a good one. Honestly, service like his is rare – he went above and beyond, and you could tell he takes real pride in his work. Pizza Express is very lucky to have someone like him, and I truly think he deserves a raise for the amazing job he does!
