This global chain is already a neighbourhood institution; the sleek space is as much a hub for meals as it is a go-to place for the cheesecakes. In the open kitchen chefs mix, flip, cook and bake endless amounts of creative food to achieve the flavours The Cheesecake factory is known for. Out front under the heating lights, one can see the final products. I suppose our eyes were hungrier than our stomachs when we noticed the next table’s order. We ordered the 'Dim sums', a 'Caesar Salad', a 'Meatloaf' and an 'Old Fashioned Burger', All were a new twist on old favourites, and most were hits. The 'Everything Pizza', with pepperoni, veal sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms …well literally everything, was a favourite on our table. The toppings were spot on and the mozzarella cheese gave it that extra kick. A brightly lit display on a side offers a whole array of beautiful cheesecakes asking to be tried. We go for the 'Strawberry'!
