16 Apr, 2019 by Manish MenghaniMany of us look for the opportunity for some fresh air and great food? Here are few of those places which are cute, classy and offer some great food with a view and fine service. Some of them double up as a romantic place which can be a great way to spend Valentine’s or your anniversaries and birthdays, while others are the ones which are perfect for a Sunday brunch with your friends.

Te Amo Barbeque, Chandan Nagar, Pune
This restaurant is set up on a terrace so it doubles up as a rooftop venue as well. The major attraction is the fact that it is really roomy and spacious so you can totally avoid the awkwardness there is, when the tables are too close. The ambience is spot on, the chairs and tables are about average but the food will compensate for the seating. The continental food is great here and so is the regular North Indian grub, the portion sizes for the mains are really well done and nice, you will really feel the value for the money you spend here.

The ambience and the vibe of the place is very much inspired by Greece and the way things are there. All white upholstery, curtains and seating that is pastel too. The food and service are great and a special mention goes to the cocktails. The menu is a mix of Italian, Asian and Indian but the Indian grub is what takes the cake here. Very nice Kebabs and Biryani, something that you will go here again to eat the same thing.

JW Food Truck, JW Marriott Hotel Pune
The flight of food trucks gave this star hotel the royalty to do it for their own good so they tucked away this sizeable food truck inside their garden which makes this one perfect location. Now, it is mostly a given that all of these food trucks are on the road and they do not offer much of a view as such. It is totally the opposite in this case and a beautiful, scenic garden accompanies the food truck with some awesome American Style Burgers, Hot Dogs and Milkshakes. On some days, there are flatbreads as well; the best part is they are all priced under Rs. 200 for one dish.
