They make awesome and innovative pastries, pies, cakes and café food like Sandwiches, kinds of Pasta, Samosas, Savoury Pies etc. Located on Drive-in Road, this place has a small seating area which is cosy and the food is very good. They make awesome pies.
Located off University Road in Navrangpura, this small patisserie is best known for its French Macarons. It also makes Croissants, Breads, Pastries and Chocolates. Check out their small jars of jams and preserves.
Chef Suvritti Singh
This bakery and patisserie is run by 'Suvritti Singh' who got trained and worked in France to learn how to make perfect macarons and pastries.
Located in Vastrapur, on that road which houses a few other patisseries also, Cocoa Drama is started by 'Khushali Solanki' who started her dream project after getting the necessary training for it. She also invited a French pastry chef to come to Ahmedabad to teach her staff to make perfect pastries and cakes.

Located on Drive-in Road in Vastrapur, Vanilla The Cake Shop has been started by a woman baker 'Manali Lodha' and she owns the bakery along with her mother-in-law 'Shakuntala Lodha'. They make lovely cakes, cupcakes, pastries and biscuits. It is located on the road where there are a couple of more bakeries and patisseries, so, it is a super location to get your sugar fix after a great meal.
They also make chocolates, cheesecakes, breads and pastries.
Open just a month ago by a 'Riddhi Patel' who got trained at Le Cordon Bleu School, this is a bakery which has a lot of savoury items and many different types of bread from Sourdough Bread to Focaccia Bread to Pesto Bread.

You can get puffs, stuffed loaves and croissants both sweet and savoury. The owner believes in keeping it healthy, so, she uses olive oil in all her breads and she prefers to make whole wheat bread.
This bakery and patisserie is run by a mother-daughter duo, 'Aakangsha Agrawal' and her mother 'Lavina Agrawal'. Located in Vastrapur, it is on that street where there are a couple of other bakeries also on the same street.

A published author working on her second book, Sonal worked for many years as a journalist in The Indian Express, The Asian Age and DNA Newspaper where she regularly reviewed restaurants and wrote about food. She worked in Nairobi as a general manager of a group of restaurants in another era.
