Scotch is one of those few possessions, that has a universal appeal. It is easy for scotch lovers to fall into a furrow once they find something that fits their taste. However, there are a number of scotch whiskeys out there that people need to know about. There is actually one for every taste.

‘Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve’ is well known for its silky softness. This is one liquor, which can be enjoyed with a mixer or on its own. This masterpiece from the western highlands deserves to be owned by the master specialist. People who love intense coastal spicy and peaty smokiness, must try the ‘Talisker 10-Year-Old.’ It was a gold medal winner at the International Spirits Challenge 2014 for its perfectly intense flavours.

‘Glen Ord 12-Year-Old’ is indeed a rare find and ensues a value for money deal every time. It is a strong spicy malt, with sufficient sherry influence.

‘Buchanan’s Black and White Blended Scotch’ is well known for its fine quality. It has a clean and medium taste with a fresh grassy flavour, completed by enduring sweetness. It is one of those few gems that should certainly make it to the top of any ace collectors shelf!
