‘Margarita Without a Straw’ at Monkey Bar

Celebrating International Margarita Day with a Weekend of Chilled Margaritas in a rainbow of flavours from February 22 - 25th, 2018 at Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai & Kolkata

Celebrate International Margarita Day with a weekend of chilled Margaritas at ‘Margarita Without a Straw’ from February 22-25th, 2018 across Monkey Bar, Bangalore, Mumbai Delhi, and Kolkata. That is right, it is a Margarita time this weekend, so, head on over and order from an amazing selection of delicious house margaritas, by the glass or pitcher. Sip your way through the menu - start off with the Mangaa Rita - tequila, home-made Aam Panna, orange and lime with a salted rim, then make your way to the Salsa Maria, a saucy mix of tequila, jalapenos, tomato juice, roasted salsa and lime with tortilla chips and a black salted rim. The Kokum Poncho packs quite a punch with tequila, kokum syrup, lime and ginger with a salted rim, as well as the Tamrita Margarita – a mix of tequila, tamarind, green chilli with lime and a salted rim. Express your freedom to drink and celebrate with the Gondhoraj Libre, a delightful combination of tequila, house-made gondhoraj cordial and basil in a salted rimmed glass. Just goes to show what a little salt, some ice cold tequila, and a wedge of lime can do!

And, when you enjoy these libations, nibble on Mexican inspired small plates that are the perfect accompaniment to these free-spirited cocktails. Dig into spicy Chipotle Pepper and Kidney Bean Quesadilla layered with a chipotle pepper and kidney bean paste, onion, cheddar cheese and Serrano, and served with chipotle sour cream, with an option of lime chicken also available; Albuquerque Chicken and Spiked Guacamole Chalupas – delicious grilled chicken soaked in Albuquerque sauce, topped with tequila guacamole and egg and Dips and chips which includes assorted chips and pita bread served with tequila guacamole, roasted tomato salsa and chipotle sour cream. So, whether it is frozen or on the rocks, with salt or without, Margaritas are a favorite around the world.
