Slip on your dancing shoes

Let your hair down this Saturday and party the night away at Delhi's top nightlife hubs

Hauz Khas Social
Say hello to Delhi's first-ever collaborative café that serves as an open workspace by day and a buzzing place for pub-hoppers and those looking to party by night. The larger-than-life layout with its unfinished industrial decor and the view of the lake is unparalleled. The line to get in begins building at 7 pm and is miles long by 9. They are known for their Longer LIIT’s, Old Smoke (whiskey + orange zest oil + sweet & sour mix + smoke), Two Lost Souls In A Fish Bowl, and fuss-free eating courtesy of street-style keema pav and Ackmed’s Mezze Platter. That high-energy vibe, good bar offerings, are among the biggest reasons to pay them a visit.

Keya
Named after a Bengali flower used in ancient India to brew liquor, Keya promises and delivers a wide range of innovative cocktails. The sweet Tom Yum Martini and the legendary Bellini are perhaps the most ordered drinks on the menu and do not disappoint. It is an intimate space that serves both as a drinking hole and a dining place. The bartenders are expert mixologists and jugglers, providing a treat for the eyes as you wait for your drink to be shaken and stirred. The interactive island bar is the central feature of the interior and contributes heavily to the ambience.

Kitty Su
Kitty Su is famous for hosting international electronic dance music artists. It is also one of the best places in the city if you feel like twirling around the dancefloor. There is ample space for dancing and the presence of multiple bars cuts short on the waiting time for those craving a drink. The club's over-the-top decor sets the perfect party mood. Kitty Su is rated as one of Delhi's best nightclubs since it opened in 2011. It is also the only Indian club to feature in DJ Magazine’s Top 100 Clubs of the World.

Monkey Bar
At the Vasant Kunj branch, encased in a well-lit glass pyramid, the bar - though split into three levels - has a surprisingly airy feel because of the atrium. The Connaught Place outlet has a more industrial feel to it. Essentially a gastro-pub, Monkey Bar has a large food menu with interesting dishes like the galouti kabab and chilli brain cutlet. Cocktail enthusiasts shouldn’t miss on their signature Mangaa - a sinful combination of vodka and aam panna - while Ginger Rogers is great for gin lovers.

Soi 7 Pub & Brewery
This happening microbrewery brought to us by the same management as Striker has now become one of the most popular bars in Gurgaon. It hosts live bands and comedy gigs inside, while the terrace lounge is a frequent venue for Thai kickboxing; there is even a ring where you can catch live matches by professionals. The brew is decent and reasonably priced (Rs 295 per mug) and the menu has a wide variety of good-quality Asian food. The place fills up relatively fast in the evening so prior reservations are recommended.
