In a city that is constantly on the go, it is nice to have a quaint quite corner which takes you away from all the hustle.
Saidulajab is one such corner in the city with several cafés; where you can either sit alone and work or meet a couple of friends and chat. This rather rustic and not so developed area near the Saket metro station will surely surprise you with the pretty looking cafes it offers.
This is right next to the Blue Tokai Roasters, and it is very interestingly spread across the lane. The unique name, a sinful cup of Tea and their classic Hot Chocolate are some of the things they are popular for. A separate reading room and a small collection of books are going to attract every book lover. The rustic décor on either side of the lane and ambient lighting surely pleases one’s sight.

This pretty looking place recently opened up, and since then it has been all over Instagram for its fascinating décor. Their small but well-lit patio is great on a pleasant day. The food menu will not leave you disappointed and will surely please your taste buds. Opt for the Classic Caesar Salad if you want something light and flavorful. The Penne Pasta In Pink Sauce comes in a decent quantity and can easily satisfy 2 people. Grilled Chicken with Harissa Sauce is another great dish.
This one has been here for years (in fact, was one of the first and only cafes in the area) and it is great to see how they have managed to maintain the quality over the years. With a Victorian décor in pastel shades, it has an appealing look and a calm ambience. Their portion size is quite good, so order carefully.
Highly recommend their Pan Seared Chicken Breast that comes with a tangy tomato sauce, hummus and pita, and the Grilled Fish with Lemon Caper Sauce and veggies. Do try their Waffles, if you have a sweet tooth

The blue and white décor adorned with foliage and fairy lights in the outdoor area surely make for a delicious meal in cosy and relaxed ambience. Penang Curry, Chicken Dimsums, Kung Pao Chicken, Chicken Wings and Pad Thai Noodles are some of the dishes you can opt for.
If you have not heard about this, you surely have been living under a rock. It can be a task to locate this one and you will need the help of google maps, but nestled in the interiors this one will surely give you the peace you have been looking for. It is great if you are looking for a place to work from, and their outdoor space is well lit in the evening if you are here with friends. Their coffee is something you should not miss, and I suggest the Iced Mocha if you like a strong one. Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Garlic Fries are great to nibble on.
