'Chef Rachel Goenka' is the genius behind all the desserts at the Sassy Spoon and if you enjoy chocolate as much as she does then you can not skimp on dessert. The seven layer chocolate and hazelnut is a dream but it is the Dark Chocolate and Basil Fondant that is the real treat. The Dark Chocolate Fondant has a centre of liquid white chocolate and basil and is served along with some pine nut ice cream. The dessert needs a good 20 minutes for prep but it is worth the wait.

Pubs always have the best grub and this one in particular which is meant to resemble an English pub serves up some great food. While you might get caught up with the food and beers if you enjoy a good chocolate cake then make sure you order either the Chocolate Mud Pie or then the Rich Chocolate Cake. Both are traditional chocolate desserts but so rich and moist that we are sure you will end up ordering both!

This adorable little cafe in Kalaghoda created a rage when it initially launched with its all vegetarian ( plus eggs ) menu. Years later and with its second outlet in Bandra, diners still can not get enough. One of the best things on their menu is their signature dessert the Seven Layer Cookie which is deceptively a filling dessert that is a secret recipe from a family friend. The cookie has Belgium chocolate, butterscotch, biscuit crumbles and almond but it is a chocolate dream that we are still lusting over.
