Nestled in the heart of a boutique property on the ever so popular Calangute belt, this fine dining establishment offers the opulence and personalized attention that enthusiasts crave. Enter the lush gardens and pools of the Andores hotel and one is ushered to this quaint Portuguese styled restaurant. Calm colors arrest you while you glance through the menu with recommendations ranging from the hearty 'Minesrone Soup' with garden fresh vegetables paired with a 'Prawn Salad' with fennel shavings and citrus fruit. Over to the pasta section, the 'Handmade Chitarra Pasta' with clams, mussels and prawns is a must order. The flavors emit the whiff of the sea in every morsel. The thin crust pizza had us go authentic Italiano with the 'Marinara' from Naples with cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano & chilli sans the cheese. Belissimo! Signing it off with the 'Panna Cotta' allows one to savour the memory with the haunt of visiting it back time and again.
