Restaurateurs - the forefront for personalized hospitality to the masses always plays an important role in, well living the role. And that is what one expects when they enter Salute at the Kenilworth resort. With the affable Davide Cananzi and Alciela Shilla, this restaurant is a bound recipe for success. This dynamic duo sets the mood in sync with the warmth and smile on their face and their hospitality is infectious. The establishment is in Open Air. Keep in mind the portion sizes when you order the 'Thin Curst Quattro Formaggi', their 4 cheese pizza loaded with tomato, mozzarella, gorgonzola, goat cheese & parmesan or the '4 Stagioni', the non-vegetarian equivalent garnished with tomato, mozzarella, ham, mushroom, olives and artichokes. End the meal on a high with 'Davide’s version of the Tiramisu classic', a traditional Italian mascarpone cheese and coffee dessert he learnt from his hometown in Italy. They are open only during the evenings. Situated in a star property, call and reserve your table as they get a lot of in-house diners.
