Music is what ‘feelings’ sound like. Sessions, the all-day multi-cuisine restaurant, gives you every reason to kick-start your culinary journey. Choose the outdoor seating and walk down the length of the pool or venture into the air-conditioned comfort indoors. The buffet runs down the length of this air-conditioned place, a central island showcases the cold buffet, while the chefs are busy at their live stations outdoors. Opt for their À la carte menu. Start with a Bombay Bloody Mary along with Schezwan potato bites, going loco or try the Mexican cheese fritters. The mains circulate Indian, Thai and Continental preparations. The Thai Massaman curry is a tantalising delight tickling one's senses. Or, perhaps try the grilled vegetable sandwich, if you are in for a ‘lite’ bite. From creative breakfast delights and sumptuous lunches to dinners, this restaurant has imbibed a ‘jugalbandi’ of music and food making it a perfectly harmonious blend.
Ordered red snapper main meal, after a lengthy wait ( in itself worrying for a fish course) the red snapper arrived and was so tough I couldn’t get a knife through it. Apologies from the staff but it was stated that sometimes the fish is a few days old! This restaurant operates as part of The Hard Rock chain and is situated on the coast where beach shacks sell really good fresh fish all day, every day, so I was both surprised and disappointed that they don’t serve fresh fish here.
Goan cuisine at its best are always to be found at Sessions Restaurant, whether for the buffet breakfast or the delicious lunch or dinner a la carte! This restaurant offers great tastes in a wide range. They are experts in traditional Goan specialties.
Have had a few meals at the Hard Rock Hotel. Very well presented and attentive staff. Lunch menu has lots of choice and the portions are large. Saturday buffet great value for money as it includes alcohol.
Limited menu for dinner, but good quality.Loud live music nearby, but not intrusive if you sit inside the restaurant. For breakfast there is a high quality buffet, which bizarrely does not include orange juice, yoghurt or mushrooms. Offers Indian as well as international breakfast. Provides back bacon of which some pieces are (thankfully) not overcooked to rigidity in the American style.
