'Z' stands for Zubin who wields the culinary spoon, along with his wife Mani who left the busy metropolis Mumbai. The menu has a mix of Indian, Chinese, Goan and Parsi Bono too. Parsi food is their USP. There is a whole list of favourite starters too, but for the Parsi Bono lovers — The Mutton Dhansak with the Dhansak Rice and the Sali Boti is a runaway steal. The meat is soft and succulent, and the potato crisps are a crunchy affair. Unwind and order the Mojito and Daiquiris from an ever-buzzing bar, it is their speciality. Two more additions are the Prawn Patio and the Chicken/Mutton Pulao. For a snack styled meal - Chicken Crunchy With Wedges goes great with the drinks too. This is a place where a group of friends could drop in for a drink and order some snacks like the Batter-fried Calamari and the Crispy Vegetable. For the desserts stick to the Bebinca, Dodol and Fruit Salad with a good Irish Bailey cream to sweeten the evening.

Called ‘Zuperb’ by the locals, this cozy little gem is owned by a couple, Zubin and Mani, who are crazy about food. Since leaving their high-end jobs in cosmopolitan Mumbai, the couple ventured out to Goa and Zuperb came into the picture. The eatery is located at Gauro Vaddo on Holiday Street in Calangute, a bustling road dotted with tourists. Zuperb will be an excellent spot to bring a friend or your whole gang for a chirpy fulfilling bite.
